My CTO order in the UK (M1 Ultra with 2TB SSD) was originally saying March 21st-22nd delivery but updated this afternoon to say shipped and that it'd arrive on March 28th. Bit of a bummer that it's been delayed (ordered within minutes of the store going up).
I wish we had ordered earlier, but was stuck in meetings that day. The price is that my delivery of the M1 Ultra is late April
My machine is in an adjacent county now. Tracking still shows Monday but I'm beginning to think there's a chance..
I‘m in the same boat, except my date now just sayd 3 to 5 business days. I wonder if any Ultra orders are shipping tomorrow. It seems like all in this forum who are getting theirs tomorrow are getting the Max.

I paid $6 and requested a hold at UPS access point so I can get it earlier in the day and not have to wait at home and miss the delivery.

I placed an order ~3 minutes after the store was online. I was refreshing the page every 5 seconds after the event. I Paid via Apple Pay so I didn’t have to spend time inputting my info. I think I just made the cutoff too because right after I ordered I started seeing dates slip into late March.
I saw what happened after the fall event so I made sure to order as soon as possible.
Apparently, UPS agrees with me. Both packages are now scheduled for Friday.
Just got an email from UPS. My new M1 Max Studio will launch on Launch Day!
So DHL still didn't pick anything up from anywhere but it still says it will be delivered today. Aplle Tracking moved back again to March 28. It's getting weird. 😄
I also had a look what's available at my local store. But they seem to have only the absolute base model. Sadly that's not sufficient for me mainly because of the 512 GB SSD.

Where are you at (what time is it locally) that you can see your local apple store inventory already?
I'm in Germany it is 8:15 CET. I played around with the configurations but the only one the Apple store shows as available for pickup is the base model, so the M1 Max 24‑Core GPU, 32 GB, 512 GB model. I tried two stores (Sindelfingen and Augsburg).
My stores doesn't have the base Ultra model, but I just checked the largest German Apple store (Berlin, Kurfürstendamm) and they also have the base Ultra model.

Unfortunately they are the base models and as the things aren’t upgradable I’ll probably go straight to apple and use PayPal credit but it might help others
