Anyone else seen this? (Card charged, but status still processing?) If so, how long did it take to move to "Preparing to Ship"?
It took like 12 days from pre-authorization to preparing to ship. Then another day for the order to be shipped and currently two days into waiting for there to be any movement for the tracking code.

Base Max model with 2 TB here. Ordered March 10 with a delivery estimate of April 8-15.

Apple Card charged and Apple Account Balance deducted at 3:54am Eastern this morning. I'm still seeing "Processing" as the status, though.

Did you do one time purchase or 12 months financing with Apple Card? I ask because I placed my order on March 10th with my Apple Card with 12 months financing and the full amount was taken away from my available credit since and only the sale taxes portion shows Pending. But I think this only happens when you do financing, though.

Man, that sucks. I obviously hope mine moves faster than that. Did you order on March 8? What was your original delivery estimate?

Exactly the same story here! It takes at least a week to ship something from China to Europe. I don't know the reasons, but probably Corona..It's frustrating also because there are zero updates about the location of my package. The first updates will happen when DHL receives the package in Europe..
I suspect that there will be an update this weekend..It has to be if the Mac is to arrive on Monday the 28th..
Also the same for me. I have a "Shipment information received" status from DHL from Eindhoven, NL since March 17. Did you receive you invoice for the Mac Studio? I received the invoice via email on March 19 with an invoice date of March 17. I think that's strange because in theory Apple binds the start of the return period to the invoice date.

Did Apple charge your credit card already? Finally some movement. I'm in the same window like you, but I'm in Germany.

One time purchase on the Apple Card portion. Roughly half the purchase was on the Apple Card and half was from my Apple Account Balance (I've been buying Apple Gift Cards from Target and Amazon when they have those "buy $100 Apple Gift Card, get a $10 Target/Amazon Gift Card" deals).

Apple Card balance is roughly $1300 (with my "available" credit -1300, as would be expected)

Are you still showing "Processing", as well? What model did you order? When was your delivery estimate?

Is yours saying that it’s own it’s way though?
Same delay from today until Monday for me. The status at the top (of the app) does say “On the Way”, but the latest tracking update is still “Arrived at Facility 03/23/2022 2:00AM Shanghai, CN”.

Yep, still Processing. Order placed on March 10th for Mac Studio M1 Max 10/32/32/2TB with delivery date April 1 - April 8.

I'm in the exact same boat as you except I ordered on March 9. Still processing...

Yeah, ordered like fifteen minutes after the event ended. My original estimate was for March 21–24, which has almost passed, and my current estimate is for April 1–5.

I have a pre-authorization on my credit card for the Studio Display.

Changed to preparing to ship. Max 10/32/32/512. Ordered march 10 with April 1-8 delivery window. Delivery window hasn’t changed.

Good news and I'm happy for you. What I found is that this time the fulfillment process makes total non sense. It doesn't follow neither date of purchase, configuration, nor estimated delivery dates. I saw people with orders placed on March 10th, with estimated delivery dates for mid April with orders already shipped and folks with orders placed right after the event with delivery dates estimated for end of March and still are on Processing. I don't remember this happening with iPhones before but to be honest this is the first time for me purchasing an Apple Mac on launch week. I did purchase a 14" MBP M1 Pro with 1TB SSD from Best Nay last week to avoid the months waiting time. Plus I paid $2249 as it's on sale at Best Buy currently and with 24 months financing :)

My suspicion is that iPhones are a whole other animal. Because there are so many orders launch week, I suspect Apple makes way more available in many more configurations. Much fewer Macs are being sold esp. a mac desktop... I'm impatient as well.

U.P.S. LIES - I ordered a Mac Studio Max 32gb/24 GPU cores/1tb March 8th, a couple hours after ordering went live. On March 23rd I get an email from U.P.S. saying "Your package is arriving March 24 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM". Today, March 24th, when I check the U.P.S. tracking it says Estimated Delivery is March 28th by 7:00 PM. Apple still says "Delivers Mar 30,2022 by Standard Delivery". The original promise estimate was March 30-April 6th. Disappointing news to say the least, I was led to believe I would get my Mac Studio today. Now it is four more days of delay. My card has been charged and Applecare starts March 29th.

I don't think it has anything to do with sales but with how much yield they can get from a silicon wafer. The yield for the Ultra is probably much lower than the Max, which is why those seem to go out quicker. iPhones all have the same CPU type, so they are easier to mass-produce.

Where is it exactly now ?

In your country or overseas still ?

Customs cleared both countries?

UPS does not lie - they are very up to date with delivery estimates and will change due to weather, customs holds, international freight flights, etc...

I ordered the exact same machine. I ordered March 9 with a delivery estimate of April 7-14. My credit card has not been charged, but the status moved to shipped about 36 hours ago. DHL says picked up in Shenzen, but no movement beyond that for the past day and a half.

In my experience, over the last 2 years UPS frequently fails to update the estimated delivery date until the day the package is estimated to be delivered.

As for this Studio shipment, unless the scans aren’t showing the true progress, as of 1:30 am my Studio was still sitting in Shanghai and UPS was still estimating delivery this afternoon. Their system should have known by (well before) that point that the delivery wasn’t going to happen as estimated, but the update didn’t happen until the morning of the scheduled date.

I have no real complaints with UPS deliveres and understand there are added complexities and delays these days, but have learned to anticipate the delay email the morning of delivery.

Mine is still relaxing in Shanghai and yet UPS claims it will be here this afternoon. Waiting for the inevitable update that it will be here next week.

Great. Now the delayed delivery date went missing. It just tells me a delivery will be provided ASAP.

Label now says it’s pending release from non-UPS broker. Whatever that means.
