For those of us w/ U.S. bound orders that landed in Korea earlier today, maybe a long shot but so was St. Peters beating Kentucky last week...

UPS 89 departs for Anchorage in 3+ hours (of this post) and arrives at 11:16pm AK time. If the container is on that flight it's possible there is time for it to be loaded onto one of the two flights departing Anchorage at 1am local time. It would arrive at Louisville at 11pm local time. Many UPS Worldport flights depart to their final destinations between 3-4am for delivery that day. So... even though our estimated delivery is "officially" still Monday, there is a chance orders from this batch could be delivered tomorrow. Group finger cross.

I don’t remember Incheon on past orders (early 2020 and before). Do we know why there is a stop in Incheon?
I presume shippers are rerouting around volume delays in Shenzhen arising from the COVID outbreak. There are only so many scheduled flights out to NA, but there may be surplus capacity on routes to Korea.

Unfortunately both flights arrive to Louisville at 11am, not pm; they'd miss the early morning departures. So it seems that Monday is delivery day, at least for me.

Actually I am in this situation and I just received an email from UPS that my Mac Studio should be arriving tomorrow instead of Monday (which UPS changed it to this morning). Here’s to no delayed flights.

Good catch. Interesting, because, while you are correct, UPS just changed my (I assume everyone's from this batch) delivery again from Monday to tomorrow, but still shows the order in Korea. So now I'm wondering how that happens.

Just got my third UPS update in two days.

early 3/23 update - delivery 3/24 1-5 PM
early 3/24 update - delivery 3/28 by 7 PM
late 3/24 update - delivery 3/25 11:30-3:00 PM. Unit shows in Incheon at 5:06 AM 3/25.

This is a Max 32 gb/24/1tb unit. Inclined to believe the second estimate at this point.

Stop playing with my heart! LOL
  • Originally supposed to arrive on March 30 to April 6 according to Apple
  • Instead, Apple shipped package on March 22
  • UPS says it will come on March 24
  • UPS suddenly delays delivery date to March 28
  • UPS removes delivery date and gives a vague description
  • UPS returns delivery date back to March 28
  • Now, UPS says delivery will be tomorrow on March 25

I believe many European orders are stuck at that notification.
Mine also got stuck at March 17th and no progress from there.
but still says delivery at the 28th

I'm in the exact same situation, down to the time the label was created (15:25 for me, which actually appeared at 15:14 lol...)
What's even more bizarre is that the Apple Store app and the Apple Store website don't agree on the delivery date on my order... I get April 4-6 on the former and March 29th on the latter.

I suspect the shipping information is created automatically by the store backend at the date Apple originally expects things to be ready for shipment, but because of the whole situation in China things are not panning out the way they expected so DHL is waiting in NL for Apple to deliver the Macs that are actually coming from Shenzhen.
It will be interesting when we finally get our Macs to check whether they've been assembled in China or Malasya... I suspect for these it's gonna be China.

Today around 2pm
I never received a "shipment information received from DHL" only "Shipment picked up" (This is in Shenzhen). Is your status the next step? Mine has not moved from this status for the past two days. DHL has no date listed for delivery. Apple on the web says: "Arriving soon" and the iOS app has changed from Arriving April 6, to April 7-14. Do you know the typical order of updates from DHL? I am in Australia.

Shipment information received actually comes before shipment picked up as it simply means Apple has issued a shipment order for your computer and a tracking number has been created.
Picked up is the next step, it means the physical package has moved hands from Apple to DHL. As to why it hasn-t moved this can be two things:

a) The situation in Shenzhen is not very good atm and packages are moving slowly
b) Apple is pulling the strings to obfuscate the actual status of the delivery. As bonkers and conspiracy-theory-y as this sounds I recall this being an actual thing, with delivery statuses regularly jumping from "yeah we have your package" to "out for delivery".
