Has anyone else’s completely stalled after shipping? Mine’s now on day 4 sitting in Hong Kong. UPS are still saying it will be delivered this morning, but unless it’s somehow made it into the country without any tracking updates that’s not going to happen.
UPS are having ongoing problems in China. My Mac Studio was stuck in Shanghai for five days. The delivery estimate only seems to get updated if there is a scan, so my delivery due day arrived and then 15 minutes before the end of the delivery window it was updated to say it was delayed. So unfortunately I suspect your order is still in Hong Kong.

I'm the same. Arrived in HK Sunday, still showing coming today on UPS and worryingly no exception notices. Called UPS this morning and told that in HK customs so definitely not coming today. I am on a chat with Apple and the agent is telling me it will arrive 13 April (vs. 6 April as shown on Apple and UPS sites). Seems that the UPS detail and even the Apple website dates are just random (Apple agent telling me that the 13 April date on Apple website is date it arrives in UK - nonsense).

Thanks both. April 13th sounds much more plausible at this point. I shouldn’t complain as my original delivery date was nearer the end of the month, but it is annoying that UPS are giving fixed delivery windows that are miles out.

I'm in the same position that 13 April delivery is still early. My biggest frustration is planning a day around receiving a delivery and no notification it had slipped. First world problem though ! Just hoping it isn't the same people running the HK UPS as those in Germany where post-brexit it was a complete and utter shambles due to customs ! Was thinking that they were shipping via HK to avoid Shanghai, though suspect not only Apple are doing that !

Shanghai is in full covid lockdown at the moment so it is logical things are not moving.

Woohoo! Just got the email from Apple that my Studio Display has shipped and will deliver by Thursday, April 7. The tracking number hasn't shown up on the UPS website yet, but this is a step in the right direction.
My tracking number never showed up in my UPS account, but I got my display yesterday. I think it's because the address label had my name, phone number, name again, and then my address. That must not link up properly for however they associate addresses and accounts.

My order status just changed to "Shipped". I don't see a DHL/UPS tracking link yet. The Apple email says it's expected to be delivered on april 20. That means shipping is taking 14 days (!!) now to Europe. Original ETA was april 8-19.

20|48|128|8 Ordered 9th March with expected delivery date range 5-11 May in the UK.
Charged DC on 1st April, payment still pending.
Flipped to 'preparing to ship' today! Delivery estimate still the same. Debit card still pending.

I'm taking that as progress..

Does UPS operate truck routes between European countries?
I’m also wondering this - I guess you also haven’t had anything since the 7:34am Departure from Cologne scan this morning? It might still be at the airport, and that scan might effectively be ‘cleared’ for departure i.e. waiting to be loaded on the next UPS flight to the UK, which will likely be UPS 232 again at about 1am UK time tomorrow. Or it could be on a truck…

UPS still show my Mac Studio as arriving tomorrow - what about you?

Right - there's been radio silence since it left Koeln. I don't see any flights scheduled for CGN-UK today.

Generally when they say it's left, it has left the facility - but you're right, it could be waiting to be loaded onto the next flight.

UPS still has the elusive "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." note about the delivery date, but I'm hoping it's tomorrow. I'm meant to be in office on Friday :/

Was the 14 April delivery date always the case ?

Interesting as mine arrived in Hong Kong Sunday, and Apple are claiming my delivery to UK is going to be on 13 April (despite both apple.com and ups.com showing it is still going be delivered today between 1200 and 1600). I do have to question who builds the IT systems behind these services - how can you show something delivering in the UK today when it is in Hong Kong ? My frustration is that I could have waited in for it but decided to chase as it looks a bit suspicious !

Looking at FlightAware, UPS 232 seems to fly Tuesday-Saturday, and has flown the last 2 Thursdays, so I’m hoping it sticks to the pattern.

The fact you don’t have a UPS delivery date showing makes me think mine is probably not accurate, and the fact Apple have ‘Arriving soon’ makes me think their system doesn’t trust the data UPS are providing.

Hopefully the next UPS scan will shed some light on where our Studios are…

I saw the base Ultra model available today at an Apple Store nearby. I cancelled my fully-loaded Ultra and bought the base model for pickup today. Savings = $4000. I bought a 2TB Thunderbolt SSD. I'm sure this will be much faster than my mid 2019 MacBook Pro and I'll have some dough for those Apple Goggles if they come out this year. :)

So Apple moved the delivery date of my Studio Display out by two weeks. I had ordered on March 8 as soon as the online ordering opened up. Promised date was March 31 to April 7. Today, on April 6, they moved it to April 15 to April 22.

I think this delay is specifically for the height-adjustable nano-textured display.

No when I first ordered the date was May 4- May 11 (the Apple store app still shows this). Apple webpage shows April 14th. I think those dates are just guesses by Apple.

I just got off the phone with Apple. Mine was shipped on the 29th, and due tomorrow via DHL in EU but the latest update they can see is from the 4th somewhere in Asia. They are still guaranteeing delivery “tomorrow or the day after” 🙄

Not that anybody cares LOL, but received email early today that my MAX 1tb is shipped and ETA April 14th. No word on the Studio Display.
Max, 1tb Studio delivered today (April 6th) USA

Ordered March 17th
Expected April 15 - April 22

Studio Display expected April 11 - April 18. Still stuck in processing.

Received Return Kit for my 27" Mac, return shipping label was missing. Called Apple and they'll be sending another Return Kit rather than just e-mailing a shipping label. Waste of cardboard.

You have your Mac Studio but not the display. I have the Studio Display (and Magic Keyboard+Mouse) but not the Mac Studio... Apple could do a much better job here - when ordering a system, we need to have the option to receive the lot in a single delivery.

Mine has been stuck in HK since Friday. I was hoping that HK was not going to have the problems that Shanghai has been having, but no such luck. Still sitting at the airport.

I am thinking of getting the display, but it’s just expensive and I’d need two to replace the UltraFines I have :(

@Rich2Putt got his Studio over a week early though, that seems like a good thing. It would be nice to get both together but if they both come when promised or early that seems adequate. Like, I'd rather get one early and one on time than both late for sure. I ordered my display a little bit after my Max Studio so I can't complain--assuming my display comes by 4/14, the last day of my estimated delivery window.
