Also I am unable to enter recovery mode using CMD+R while booting. So I can't boot my MBP in any way. Does anyone have any idea how can I fix this? Like even reinstall of OS would be fine just to run it..
if you can get into the terminal run this script

I did the install following the directions, the screen looks fine during the install, but after I do the Patch tool, I get the Apple logo and loading bar, followed by this:

Ive had an issue before with Mojave. After I installed it successfully, and after working fine for about a month, the screen would flash like the yellow image above, restart, then just go blank after the Apple logo appears. Is this a video card problem?

Your GPU is dying.

Just installed on my GPU-Dead MacbookPro 2011, so far works well, smooth and fast as high sierra.
The only problem is sleep/reboot/shutdown/logout ends into black screen with mouse cursor. The solution is to keep power button pressed and start again. Anyone has this problem?

Reset SMC/NVRAM seem to work for me. Now everything is fine.

And, of course, thanks for everyone involved in this project.

Yay! I figured so. The only question I have regarding that is why would everything work fine, and look fine, when I am installing the OS, but I see the issue only when it gets to the Apple logo/status bar?

I think Im going to go with this card here if it is failing:

Radeon HD 5xxx and 6xxx series cards don't work under Mojave (not to mention they are some defective garbage). Either get a Radeon HD 4xxx series iMac video card, or get a better nVidia PC MXM card to upgrade with.

Hey boys. I can pick up MacBook Pro 8,2 (15 inch, Late 2011) with dead Radeon GPU for cheap, it works well with integrated Intel GPU. is Mojave work well on this machine?

The patcher downloads the whole bunch, 6519.4 GB.
Is this the build 18G84?
Or just 10.4.5?
The 10.4.6 update is only 2.67 GB.
The combo update is only 3.37 GB.
I have Extended (Journaled).

Anybody else having issues now with dosdudes mojave patcher not displaying when it boots up into the installer since he changed something around from 1.3.2 ?
1.3.3 - 6/4/2019 • Fixed a video playback issue with non-Metal video cards.

Are you making sure your macOS Mojave patcher is in extended Journaled before you make the patcher the fixed video playback has nothing to do with the patcher but being able to play like YouTube vids and are you pressing the option button while booting up to select the patcher from the boot options

It's 10.14.5, soon it will be linked to a new download for 10.14.6.
You can Install 10.14.5 ofcours and do a incremental update OTA, or wait a day ;-)

If your ssd/hdd is formatted HFS-Extended Journaled you will have to wait for the Final 10.14.6 to be released as Mojave requires APFS to receive OTA

That's what I thought too.
So patience is required.
Thank you for the advice.

Will this happen via the dosdude installer?
Yes, give him some time.

Same here, it’s stuck on the Apple logo, but that’s been that way for every patched Mojave USB that I’ve created. I installed Mojave using CCC and another Mac on my MM3,1
