In case anyone finds themselves in this boot loop after installing 12.5 beta 3 or 4, here is how I got my computer working again:
1. Use the OCLP patcher to create your flash drive (choose 12.4) on another computer.
2. Reboot while holding the Option key and choose your flash drive.
3. Click on Utilities and choose Disk Utility, click the "+" below Volume and add a new volume giving it a recognizable name.
4. Install Monterey to your new volume.
5. During the initial boot, choose migration services and select the hard drive that had the boot loop.
6. Select what you want restored and let it do its work.
7. After the migration process has finished, run the OCLP patcher.
8. Reboot
9. After everything checks out, you can delete the old volume.
10. Follow these forums closely before updating to a beta version.
Good luck!
