What is the proposed progress plan in regard to integration of the 0.6.7n OCLP (latest dated 5-28-2023) and the AMFIPass version (now at beta 2)? I have a iMac 15,1 from late 2014, which is running AMFIPass b2 fine right now.
Should I pass on the 0.6.7n? (it does contain Haswell related changes:
"Live Text support on systems with3802 GPUs, ie. Intel Ivy Bridge and Haswell, Nvidia Kepler")
Wait until a official release and AMFIPass is out of beta would be safest option in my opinion. AMFIPass wouldn’t be in 6.7n.

@dhinakg It work on Hackintosh
HP Probook 650 G1
I use the Binary kext AMFIPass.kext with my EFI, no OC install from the patcher, only RootPatch from AMFIbeta2
Good news

Understood. So yo need to apply twice but with the same parameter chosen (AMFY disabled “UnChECKED”)

I just want to to say that for me is working just in the first attempt. At least VM are working again
As I understand and it may be wrong, AMFI needs to be disabled all the time for the kext batch to work correctly, AMFIPASS is an app which tells apps that AMFI is enable to allow the apps to that needs AMFI enabled to work correctly.

When I apply the OCPL AMFIPass beta 2 this feature (AMFI Pass disabled) is unchecked by default. I pass OCPL twice as instruction say but not sure if I need to force "AMFI Pass disabled" CHECKED for the second time

For now everything seems to work ok with lack of Camera Continuity I don't know if iPhone X is compatible, I've got Sidecar Screen share with iPad Pro 9,7

After some days with Ventura 13.4 and OCLP 0.6.7b2 (AMFIPass) on my MBP11,1, I’m happy to say that it works exactly as the MBP11,3: no major problems. The most evident difference is that, while on the 11,3 there are 7 extensions in the /Library/Extensions folder (KDK-less root patching and auxiliary collection: Intel Haswell iGPU + Nvidia Kepler dGPU), on the 11,1 there are only 2 extensions (only Haswell iGPU)…

I have Camera Continuity even in MBP4,1 2008 (with proper WIFI, BT card). I don't see why you don't have in a 2014 machine.

Very strange: I still get the error "Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken" with VMware Fusion 13.0.2 after having installed the latest OCPL AMFIPass beta 2; any suggestions? – Thanks!

Try uninstall VMware Fusion reboot and install again.

Is this solvable? Or is this fixed with the latest 0.6.6 OCLP? I have no other issue's., and don't want to introduce a possibility to other caveats when upgrading?

There are no fixes for that with any OCLP.
I'm trying to apply not full root patch to fix Xcode issues, but had no luck(

On 13.2.1 it doesn't work too, try to debug some process and you get that error

You can also try using gfxCardStatus to force Discrete mode before starting up a VM.

Hello All.
I was using OCLP 0.6.5 and updated MacBook Pro 15 early 2013 to MacOS 13.4. It worked fine. However, after I updated to OCLP 0.6.6, Mac
boots up and it shows only black screen ( with slight light behind ) .

The problem is that I have firmware password and I could not remember it and when I to try recovery boot up , it ask for a password

So can any one please help ?

Thanks so much, that worked, it seems to be working now smoothly, you have the exact same spec iMac 27 5k 2014 as me, is yours working 100% fully with Ventura or you have any issues?
Hey! I have the same computer and I'm experiencing super loud fan noise when playing youtube full screen from any browser. Does that happen to you?

What app are you using to play those Youtube videos? Haven’t noticed loud fans on my iMac 15,1 5k 27" using IINA (Ventura 13.4 AMFIPass b2 installed).

I mean youtube videos on full screen, using Safari, Firefox and other browsers...

Hi everyone, I rolled back to Ventura 13.2.1 (with OCL 0.6.1) on my Imac 13.2 (2012 Late) 27inches . Everything works great (and reading all the issues everyone listed here I won't) but I've got a littke issue that I can't figure out. I connected a usb hub bought on Amazon (https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B09H75KCWD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and connected 4 hard drives. Since the power supply is independently powered I eliminated the problem I encountered when using one without power (the Mac can't support/manage power to 4 external hd ssds...apparently). Now the problem is that every time I restart the computer it is fixed on the white screen without proceeding with loading the operating system. At this point IF I unplug the usb hub, suddenly the mac begins to load the operating system correctly and only after logging in do I plug it back in and everything works correctly. Understand that I can not every time I turn on the mac plug and unplug the usb hub. Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
Thx for attention
Ale
