Which build to do I have to download (InstallAssistant.pkg) for a MBP 15" Mid 2014 Intel i7 2.8 GHz 16 GB NVIDIA GF GT 750M from
https://mrmacintosh.com/macos-ventura-13-full-installer-database-download-directly-from-apple/
to use with OpenCore Legacy Patcher v1.2.1?

Build 22G313
Build 22G320
Build 22G2321

Thanks
Camelia
You need the 22G313 build for Ventura 13.6.1.
The others are for the new M3 machines (see the Notes in that table).
Anything but the 22G313 build will crash if you try to use it!
Once you have 13.6.1 installed, there is a Public beta of 13.6.3 available too.

MacBookPro4,1 successfully updated from 13.5 (on OCLP 1.2.1) ->Ventura 13.6.1 via OCLP 0.6.8.
OTA Update of macOS was flawless, Root patch however did n o t work via OCLP 1.2.1 and also not via OCLP 1.3.0n.
Had to revert to OCLP 0.6.8 to perform the Root patch.
sry, just for my understanding: you did > System Setting > Software Update from 13.5 to 13.6.1 (12 GB ) via Menu, and later with OCLP 0.6.8 the Root Patch?
Thks for clarifying.

(small) Miracles can happen

Since I started running Ventura via OCLP, one thing that was a major annoyance was the grey against grey menubar. Yesterday. Reduce transparency only affects the Dock, zero effect on the menubar.

Discovered Boring Old Menubar ("bomb" - definitely not a nice acronym) https://www.publicspace.net/BoringOldMenuBar/index.html

Which by some small miracle has restored the white or off white menubar from days of old, e.g. my High Sierra.

As I started to use it, one thing appeared to stand in my way, which was that it wouldn't work with a custom set wallpaper. So chose one of the solid ones, none of which I could live with, and then by fiddling with that - something I still don't understand, not sure what I did and no way to retrace my steps, out of nowhere it seemed, the desired white menubar appeared against a grey Desktop background - what I prefer.

Perhaps someone might be able to explain the following - screenshot of Wallpaper - processed_......:

EDIT: just saw that the bomb menubar icon shows Current Wallpaper (incl.dynamic) with option to set Solid Color, which is a hideous, over-the-top blue -- so perhaps I modified that blue, which accounts for the current grey background. Perhaps if someone else is interested in using this utility, they might be able to describe the steps they take to get to a desired Desktop background color.

just updated to ventura mac pro 5.1 all is good but I really need my MOTU audio interfaces to work they were driven by system extensions on mojave is there anyway I can load these extensions?
thanks
If those MOTU audio interfaces are 32bit, they will not run in Ventura. 👎

Does someone know what "CSLVFixup.kext" does? It's included in the EFI generated for MBP10,x for example.

I remember that early in my OCLP testing, CSLVFixup.kext was included on my MBP6,2 when Library Validation was disabled. If I recall correctly, it was no longer necessary when Library Validation was enabled.

Are you still disabling Library Validation when you "Build and Install Open Core"?

EDIT: If I recall correctly, I think that CSLVFixup.kext was intended to fix a problem with Apple Music App when Library Validation was disabled. See a reference here.

EDIT2: Fixing Music App is confirmed in config.plist comment. It is no longer necessary when Library Validation is enabled. Also note MaxKernel - applicable to Big Sur only.

Anyone having any luck installing macos 13.6.2.?? OCLP v.1.2.0 Create macOS Installer. Downloaded Install Assistants from both GIB and Mr. Macintosh (22G320) This appears every time attempted!

I had an error very similar to this, but not the same.

If you are, don't use a USB hub or extension cable. The installer seems to be picky about how fast it can mount and unmount the disk/partitions. If you're not, try another USB port.

Have you read the instructions?

There is no intel version of 13.6.2 readily available at this time, only M3 builds but 13.6.3 Beta1 works great with OCLP v.1.2.1. See post #'s 7,533 and 7,535

This may be a bit OT. Kudos for your substantial donation to the opencollective. 👏 And the many long-term OCLP participants who have done likewise. 👏

Hello; I have a MBP 11,3 (late 2013 Nvidia) which refuses to go to sleep automatically. The temperature on the CPU Peci Die is 180+ in the morning when I check the machine. This is not an issue if I manually select sleep at night when I stop using it for the day. I am using OCLP 1.3.0 (n, Nov. 10) and Ventura 13.6. Not really a serious issue, but I am curious if this is a known issue and if there is an easy cure.

Decided I wanted to upgrade from the last Monterey version to Ventura using Open Core. Help what do I do. Once I get to “Select the disk where you want to install macOS” It says “There is not enough free space on the selected volume to upgrade the OS. An additional 21.91 GB is required. This is so strange, I triple checked to make sure I had enough storage for this and now all of a sudden it says I have 7.29 GB available. I’m completely lost pls help

You are definitely lost. First there is a dedicated thread for posts about using "macOS Ventura on Unsupported Macs".
Repost your situation there.
Include your hardware, software versions (OCLP), i.e., the Mac model, type etc. (see my signature below for an example). There are so many different Macs that can be used with OCLP, and there are countless variations involved.
In that forum, you will find people who have a vast amount of experience in the related tasks.
In your case, solving that lack of space issue seems paramount. So include the information required about the internal disk involved, SSD? HDD? Fusion drive?, capacity, etc.

What mac are you running? What version of OCLP are you running? And last but not least, why do you have two USB installer flash drives plugged in?
