Don’t know if anyone can reproduce this, but after updating to beta 11 the power management issue is back. MacBook Air 2021 CPU speed fixed at 1.7 Ghz. Also USB 3 speeds are absolutely terrible, below even USB 2.

EDIT: Apparently on Discord people are not seeing the same thing, so I just want to clarify that appears to be a problem with my installation and not widespread.
How do you measure this?

What I discovered: AirPlay Receiver is not working here, I can activate it, allow access for all in the same network, but on iPhone (iOS 16.xx) my machine will not be detected... Anybody else?

Same behavior with newest Beta (22A5373b). Maybe an issue with FeatureUnlock.kext? Anybody else with no working AirPlay receiver?

Beta 11 straight forward update no issues there but has returned the widget menu crash for me was fine on beta 10 if you click news it just closes straight away in widget menu apart from that small thing it is running fine.

… BTW, on the same machine, it is not necessary to disable AMFI, anymore: another quite cool advancement. (While my problem with some windows not opening in Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office sadly still persists: and I have no idea why this happens…?!?)

Fernando can you please check, whether Airplay to Mac is working with your hardware?

Thanks
Yes it's working, just connected my iPhone to Ventura 13.0 Beta 11 and works.

I tried to connect by AirPlay in Youtube and Screen Mirroring to my Samsung TV and is not working at all.

I have reinstalled macOS with beta 11 and using OCLP alpha build compiled two days ago and the problem I was reporting concerning power management and USB is gone.
In fact, quite the opposite now. With this combination it is even faster. I'm running Ventura on an M.2 external drive and and getting read7right speeds about the same as Monterey installed on the internal SSD of my MacBook Air 2012.

Some findings here:

Do not know, wether AirPlayXPCHelper is responsible here. On my Monterey system, AirPlayXPCHelper is active and running, Ventura has only AirPlayUIAgent, Monterey both.

In launchd there are some errors only on Ventura:

Code:
2022-10-13 17:14:15.667520 (system) <Warning>: denied lookup: name = com.apple.cmio.registerassistantservice.system-extensions, flags = 0x8, requestor = AirPlayXPCHelpe[148], error = 159: Sandbox restriction
2022-10-13 17:14:15.669545 (system) <Warning>: denied lookup: name = com.apple.tccd, requestor = AirPlayXPCHelpe[148], error = 159: Sandbox restriction
2022-10-13 17:14:15.669662 (system) <Warning>: denied lookup: name = com.apple.tccd.system, flags = 0x8, requestor = AirPlayXPCHelpe[148], error = 159: Sandbox restriction

Maybe that's the reason, why AirPlayXPCHelper cannot run unter Ventura? Do I need to adjust SIP settings in OCLP? Current is 0x803
