Is there a Mac Pro 5,1 owner that has installed Ventura through OCLP 0.5.0 that is happy with the results while using an AMD legacy (pre-Polaris) Metal GPU and an "updated" Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module?

Hello, I'm Nat85, I have a 15 'macbook pro 2012 no retina. I wanted to ask if it is possible to install Ventura and how is the procedure? thank you. Ps my macbook pro 2012 is model 9.1. thank you

macbook air 2012 Ventura+0.50, it's running as smooth as monterey/bigsur,
There is only one problem, CPU usage is much higher (only oclp and macsfancontrol installed).
Ventura > monterey ≈ bigsur
Just open safari, mba's fan will turn faster, which is much more serious than monterey.
It seems that the underlying program takes up more resources.

hello guys, please, how to fix the problem of playing videos from Youtube in Safari 16.1? I was able to install Ventura normally as a new installation, but I'm having trouble playing videos on Youtube, I've already enabled Developer mode, and deactivated 'WebGL via Metal', still the error persists

FIX:

Install Adblock Pro, nice!

on MacBook Pro 13" 2012 (9.2) all ok for now...

just a note ... I had 12.6 and 13 installed as an update and I had the latest OCLP 0.5.0 night version but TUI version. After the Ventura installation was successful then final reboot I ran the post install patch (because the system was obviously slow due to lack of drivers) but this error came out:

###########################
# Patching System Volume #
###########################

This OS has no root patches available to apply, please ensure you're patching a booted
install that requires root patches such as macOS Big Sur or Monterey

Supported Options:

B. Exit

Patch System Volume ?:

I had to install OCLP GUI version and from there the post install was successful

Takes me tree attempts , two of them failed OTA,but at the end of the day it worked with USB Installer.. Looks nice
Thanks to all involved people and testers and my mum ^^

The OCLP devs seriously need to reopen the github issues page. Discord is not a viable alternative. Questions often get buried and as a result also get asked a million times. Searching for the question is a nightmare if you don't know the exact wording and you often just get ridiculed for not knowing something.
This is a common problem with a lot of projects but for something like this it's especially annoying.

I'm a Mac Pro 5,1 owner ( with Polaris AMD Radeon RX580 ) and when I try to install Ventura with OCLP 0.5.0 most recent night build it says that it isn't supported yet, so I think we have to wait until they have the right solution for our computers.

Do you even get that as a message? Interesting. What a mighty tool the oclp is. 👍
