Can someone send me the link for the latest OCLP nightly ?
And you know this because you are one of them? What a support.OCLP developers don't want to distribute nightly to people who are not skilled enough to find them by themselves.
Everything, including how to comply, or run it without comply, are in that page.Thank you , but I mean compiled version. If it exists.
You, and not just you of course, really should do a search (self-reliance) before asking others for help or a link. That info has been posted countless times on this thread.Thank you , but I mean compiled version. If it exists.
Actually, knowing how to read is essential. It's all there. 🧐And you know this because you are one of them? What a support.
No one on this forum is obliged to provide you support, or paid to do so. That attitude alone is enough to make anyone NOT want to give you any help. This is a forum to discuss hardware and software on unsupported Macs not a personal servant group. How old are you anyway? And you know this because you are one of them? What a support.
Depends on the reliability of your WIFI connection. So far, WIFI has served me quite well. But hard-wired is most reliable. YMMV 😎Good morning all.
I’m currently using a 2013 21.5” Imac (14,1), Ventura 14.0 and OCLP 1.1.0 very successfully with only the minor glitches described in numerous posts. Absolutely no show stoppers! Many thanks devs. But, have not upgraded to Ventura 14.1 because of the many booting problems also discussed on this forum.
Since I‘m not a skilled computer craftsman as many of you are, (yes, trying to kiss the ring) I have not attempted to utilize the nightly OCLP updates.
For those of you that have had success downloading and booting Ventura 14.1 with the OCLP 1.2n, are you able to accomplish it via WIFI or must you use a wired connection?
many thanks in advance, Jim
Oh go on.... Be interesting to see if the login issues are a 14.1 issue on an iMac rather than an upgrade issue from Ventura (for example) to 14.1...Good morning all.

I have an 11,4 and have heard of people doing this....might I ask what the advantage is? I would imagine it allows for additional items to to be functional?OCLP 1.2.0 officially released. I got notification to update my 1.1.0 installation. It went off as smooth as silk. Even asked to update root patches! Incredible. Gets better by the day. My laptop is a MBP11,4 spoofed to MBP15,1.
Yeah, maybe I should just jump over 14.1 and install 14.2 beta 🤔The release version of OCLP v.1.2.0 is flawless in macOS 14.2Beta on a Mini7,1 🥳
Mainly because WiFi wasn't working well. There were other issues long ago with Ventura when I got the laptop, and the advice from OCLP was to spoof 11,4 to 14,3 (then, because 14,3 was supported by Ventura). MBP15,1 is that in Sonoma. Frankly I don't remember the other reasons; perhaps I should do the next Sonoma update without spoofing and see what happens...I have an 11,4 and have heard of people doing this....might I ask what the advantage is? That would be interesting, keep us posted.perhaps I should do the next Sonoma update without spoofing and see what happens...
Thanks---I forgot to ask, are you on 14.0 or 14.1?Mainly because WiFi wasn't working well. Spoofing manually is a solution to enable UC on blacklisted Macs - not sure it is worth the trouble.I have an 11,4 and have heard of people doing this....might I ask what the advantage is? I would imagine it allows for additional items to to be functional?
You are right at that. MBP11,4 was blacklisted. It WAS worth the trouble on Monterey and Ventura. The machine wasn't usable without. Perhaps now, it may not be. But I will find out next beta and will give a feedback.Spoofing manually is a solution to enable UC on blacklisted Macs - not sure it is worth the trouble.
14.2 beta 2. I found out (the hard way - rinse, repeat etc) that I could complete installation of the betas only by using Safe Mode.Thanks---I forgot to ask, are you on 14.0 or 14.1?
