I've had this bug recently where my Downloads folder in the Dock will insist on being set to view as "fan" as opposed to as a "grid". Right Clicking and changing it doesn't actually make that change, though. I'm having to run sudo killall Dock and then force quit Finder.

I didn't have any Dock Problem. But "killall Finder" is needed several times a day because of many strange things.

macOS RC 2 is out.
I only see it in the Developer Portal. No OTA Update, the App Store version is still beta 4 and in the download catalog there is also nothing new, so no full installer.

I think last time they were also half an hour late. iOS was only 128 or 148MB for me.

It will appear OTA fairly soon. I've noticed for quite a while that there are never full installers for macOS RC's.

If I weren't so tired and need to sleep very soon, I would do the new thread. Let's stay just here. I don't think much changed. Maybe it can even stay the same thread. Then he only needs to rename the title later to RC 1+2 if he is not here now.

@Populus iPhone Mirroring still only works with a U.S. or other supported country's App Store account.

Looks like Find My isn't working on my 2018 Intel Mac mini, only showing me and none of my Devices or people. My 2020 M1 MBP isn't having this issue.

I updated my 2019 Intel iMac through software update to 15.2 (24C100). I would like to get the full installer for this version. The Developer Download page does not mention Intel Macs for 24C100, only Apple Silicon. So are there two versions of 24C100, one for Intel and one for Apple Silicon? Or could I download the installer from the Developer Download page and have it work on my Intel Mac? Why does Apple make this so damn hard?

It’s actually US making it too hard here. I would also like this, but it’s not actually released yet. This is common for RCs, for Apple to not release the full installer…

I agree to a certain extent. However, I wouldn't be doing any of this had important parts of 15.0 not worked on my Intel Mac. I probably should have stayed with Sonoma. Live and learn.

One build number up, no update and no full installer yet anywhere.

I am out for today anyway. When I wake up everything hopefully is there.
