very cool Tymmz. 
I thought that since I'm on a bit of a role here, I'd post a shot of me kinda topless (wearing a heart monitor). I've got a dodgy ticker so I've been forced to wear one of these every few motnhs. It's the single most annoying thing to sleep with.
Here's the most recent photo of yours truly that I could find. It's still a few months old and since then my hair has been cut and turned blue, through no fault of my own. It's a recent phenomenon and so there are no pics just yet (if ever).

I had Severe Topic-junctional tachycardia (dictionary found no guesses... MMM! phonetic!) with a side dish of an arrhythmia.
Good times, good times.
Guess what made it go away?
Cutting out caffeine, drinking enough water to drown all of rhode island, and eating more veggies. MMMM!

Nobody's quite worked out what's wrong with the ol' heart yet but I kinda get the lead up symptoms to a heart attach every now and then. Thankfully it doesn't ever stop.
I haven't had surgey yet and hopefully it'll stay that way.

In light of my recent, er, promotion I thought I'd post a couple of pics....
Me opening a box of creamed coconut, as you do, and me fiddling about with the timer function of my camera. I think the 2 second timer is designed for steady shots, not self portraits. Am too lazy to wait for the 10 second one though....

Actually, I have 8 fingers and 2 thumbs.
However, my hands were together to better support the camera so, you might indeed see 6 digits but to think that they were all on one hand, that might be quite odd.
