I'm hoping for two things...
1. Movement sometime later today.
2. Randomly arrive unannounced Thursday or Friday.

It will be interesting to see what ship dates people with 4/24-5/1 estimates have... maybe a guideline for ours showing up... There's no way Apple just didn't ship a particular batch out... It's almost for sure untracked.

4PM curse. Ha. I like that! Honestly I would normally just chalk this up to my order being a Friends & Family EPP and getting bumped for standard orders but it does look like there is a batch of the 24th-1st that just got stuck for some reason.

I too have been holding out hope that it just randomly shows up.

I wonder if I would have had better luck doing an education order... I refuse to believe that an entire batch got stuck... it's far more likely that it just got "lost" as in didn't get scanned when it left Apple.

I’m a 5pm order with a 3/24-5/1 delivery too and no movement either. I’m not mad though, what with all that’s happening in the world. Four weeks ago I couldn’t find toilet paper, so now, looking forward to a new Apple product, has been a delight. I commend them for getting any shipped a month ahead of the May 21st date I was expecting.

Still stuck waiting for an update from UPS despite it being ready to ship and apple charging me on the 20th. Regret ordering this from Apple now.
 
What have delivery dates been like for people in the UK?

My order is currently estimated at 7th - 15th May. Any chance it will come earlier than that?

I am in the exact same boat as you and I am quite furious. I ordered mine on BestBuy.com on Monday evening around 7PMish and chose the Expedite shipping, which was $21.97 at the time but it said it would be delivered on the 22nd. I get an email saying it has shipped from CA but no other tracking information but it said would be delivered by the end of day 22nd. Then Tuesday morning I get on here and see someone posted that Best Buy is offering free next day shipping so I called and waited 54 minutes to get through to Customer Service. After a lengthy discussion they finally tell me they will refund my money for shipping. All day yesterday I keep checking my tracking info and all it says is Shipping label created as 12:00am the 22nd. I finally did a chat with CS on BestBuy.com in the afternoon asking if that is normal and when I'll get it. The rep assured me it would be there by the end of day yesterday. No package last night. Looks like I am going to have to contact Best Buy again! I am going to go off!
 
I’ve passed limbo and entered the twilight zone. Quick recap:
  • Ordered on 4/15 at 1:30pm
  • Showed preparing to ship on Apple on 4/20
  • Showed Order processed Ready for UPS on 4/20 at 9pm. Estimated delivery 4/22.
  • Showed shipped on Apple website on 4/22 at 1:54pm. Apple says delivery on 4/24.
And now we are here on 4/23. UPS still shows no change. Flux capacitor nonwithstanding I’m pretty sure if won’t be coming yesterday. UPS choice shows it on the calendar for arrival yesterday via 2nd day air, but when you look up the tracking number it says Scheduled Delivery: Information Unavailable. Apple still shows 4/24 on the website with a status of shipped.

I guess I get to wait until 9am to call Apple and see if they can get an actual update on this package. I’m happy others have been receiving their packages but I am slightly frustrated that this order seems so complicated.

I think it comes from somewhere else originally though since I'm pretty sure that address is a UPS facility, I think Apple must deliver batches there then they get separated and UPS takes the individual ones and delivers them

I’m in the UK (Birmingham). I ordered on 17/04 and I’m currently expecting delivery between 12-19 May. Still saying ‘Processing’ at the moment.

I’m in the same boat as many it seems: I ordered on 4/15 about 1 1/2 hours after Apple opened up the ordering process.

My order status just went to “Preparing to Ship“ day before yesterday and then to “shipped” yesterday morning with a delivery date of “Friday April 24” and a tracking number provided (Note, this is per Apple’s order status page).

Checking the tracking number just now on UPS site, I see “Shipment ready for UPS - Label created - When shipment arrives at out facility, the delivery date will be updated”. Scheduled Delivery: 4/22 (ie yesterday)😊

I’m in Atlanta and it’s being shipped from:
APPLE/GEODIS LO45 FG COMM

LEBANON, TN, US

Am I upset? Not in the least. With the infrastructure in such a “flux“ in the country at the moment, we’re lucky these shipments didn’t slip a month or so...the way I see it. This seems to be a case where somewhere along the supply chain, there is not sufficient capacity to keep things moving moving expeditiously - and/or to update their system with real-time activity: (ie Delivery by apple to shipping facility, unloading, UPS processing, sorting/loading, airlines, delivery trucks, etc...). They might be a day or two late...but they’ll get here!

In the meantime, I think I’ll survive;)

At 11:00p last night my order finally shipped (hooray!), but like some of you I am also getting mixed messages:
  1. Apple lists delivery "by Friday" (recognizing that Apple typically underpromises and overdelivers with their delivery dates).
  2. UPS My Choice sent an email showing delivery tomorrow (Thursday April 23).
  3. UPS online still shows the frustratingly vague "Label Created" (see attached photo).
I tend to trust trust the shipper's estimated delivery more than Apple's, of course. Hopefully the lack of movement via UPS today turns out to be one of those burst-updates, where all today's departure and arrival scans show up all at once late at night.

Or maybe my Magic Keyboard is just sitting an a dock somewhere?

Cold. Sad. Lonely. Wanting desperately to feel the warmth of my home and my iPad Pro...

My little keyboard is there too.....label created Monday night at 6:49 pm....and it's still there. It never made it to Louisville with the other group :(. Right now UPS shows no date and Apple has gone back to say 4/24-5/1...I just hope it's not lost in a sorting warehouse

Mine stayed in TN until last night when it showed up in NC and now it is on the truck for delivery today. Ordered about an hour after it went live. And got the 4/24 - 5/1 window. So getting delivered on the 23rd is pretty solid IMO. Especially considering I didn't expect to be able to order this for another month at all.

Out for Delivery!!! Original delivery date was 4/24 - 5/1. Coming a day earlier than the earliest anticipated date. Can't complain about that. *listens for that big brown truck*

So no shipping email for me but website shows shipped with tracking # but tracking # not recognized by UPS yet. Weirdest Apple shipment ever.

So im in the 24th - 1st group. Apple says shipped and gave me a delivery date of Friday before reverting to the 24th to 1st again. UPS detailed view only has Label Created on 4/20.

I’m debating giving up and ordering from Best Buy.

After seeing all the rave reviews I finally decided on go for it so ordered it off Apple saying delivery end of May very disappointed!

Anyway was looking on the Currys website and they have them in stock so ordered off them and its coming tomorrow So Apple order now cancelled.

So very happy here!

Hello, another Canadian here.

I saw that no one in Canada seems to have his order shipped.

After being in PTS for 3 days, being in the 4/24-5/1 time frame. I just got my shipping notification with UPS from Apple!

Magic Keyboard 11 inch
City: Montreal
Ordered on the 15th at 14h30

Delivery is expected to arrive on the 28th, so next Tuesday. I was hoping for this week but too bad! It’s still in the expected window.

Checked UPS and FedEx this morning. No dice. I'm really hoping the batch mine is in just accidentally didn't get scanned.

My order can't be cancelled at this point, and Apple gave me the standard "oh it's just getting ready to ship out..." For 4 days though? If I don't see anything by tomorrow morning I'm ordering on Best Buy. They still have next day delivery for a small fee... I probably won't get it until Monday, but that's better than waiting on Apple. If things weren't the way they were, I'd just walk into a store and pick one up. I'm hesitant to rely on Apple for product launches anymore to get things done on time.

I placed an education order. I got a shipped email on Tuesday from UPS. It moved to Preparing to Ship at Apple. UPS MyChoice says it will be delivered today. My tracking number still says label created, nothing else. This morning Apple moved my delivery date to 4/24 rather than a range. Lots of mixed messages. It's coming from Rialto, California, FYI.
