My keyboard is on a tour of the US. Started out an hour from me with a next day delivery date, and every consecutive status update puts it further away and now with no estimated arrival. Unbelievably frustrating.

Ordered both 11” and 12.9” on 4/15. Was quoted 4/24 - 5/1 But it’s been in Lebanon, TN “Ready for UPS” for a long while now. Received my 11” though, but I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the 12.9”.
 
France : ordered the 11inches iPad Pro space grey 128gb version + MKB today (Apple store)

Order will be delivered between the 5-11 of may for the iPad and the 11-15 of may for the MKB.

I’m exited !!

Order placed on 4/15/2020 around 12:50 pm. ”label created on 4/20/2020 at 9:39 pm. No movement on Apple.com. Still waiting for any update. Quite frustrating.

Some gems from Apple support:


Best bet is to always differ tot he shipper/tracking info as that is where we get our info from.


Totally understand.. This is totally normal. Given the current climate and vast number of orders, shipments are being picked up and delivered on the latter end of the ETA date range shown on the order status page.


It’s in UPS’s possession right now. I don’t have any information as to what the next steps are for them.

Not sure how those are "gems". Apple support staff are just chilling at home right now they aren't the ones who are packaging your keyboard to mail it out.

Very odd. I was in an identical situation (as were a lot of people - the label created, delivery 4/22), but mine was deiivered Thur 23rd. Not sure why some went OK and others got stuck.
 
Are the keyboard manufactured in China, I never see any tracking info originating in Chine. Mine has spent the last 2 days in Harrisburg PA, this is the first Apple device I have ordered that originated from this location, usually Kentucky or Tennessee.

Yeah, it’s been so long that the charge even dropped off my Apple Card! I’m patient, but it would be nice to not be teased with a UPS tracking number.

I’m on the same status here. As I read other’s I get depressed, hopefully we’ll hear something by Monday, at least a notification of it being shipped.

I am in a very similar situation. I received my 11” today. 12“ is still in Lebanon, TN.

My 11” came from a warehouse in PA, not the TN warehouse. Did your 11” come from TN or somewhere else?

I just got a status change to shipped. Tracking isn't valid yet but it's great to see things start to move.
