Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro Order Status

I ordered my 12.9 from Amazon US on April 2, and it finally shipped out today. Expected arrival on Monday, not bad!

Some AMEX cards have 20% off Amazon purchases, which is why I went this route.

If you don’t mind waiting until May 17, Amazon is currently listing the 12.9 for $329.98. Would be even better if you can use the AMEX promo!

How were you able to order on April 2nd?
 
Ordered in the afternoon on the first day. Estimated delivery Apr 24 to May 1. Finally shipped, although UPS doesn’t show anything. Now delivery date Apr 30. In Toronto Canada.

After multiple arrival/departure scans with no actual movement, I have another arrival scan this time for IL. Over-shot Kansas City, but still least it’s closer than CA... Still no delivery est from UPS which I haven’t had happen before. But Apple is claiming Monday now. (Was Friday initially) Guess only time will tell.
 
I ordered on launch day, had my cc charged on 4/20 and finally this morning got a shipping notice! Shipping with fedex, expected delivery 4/28 but have definitely noticed a delay with fedex recently (not mad, totally understandable!). Fingers crossed I get it on 4/28!

UK 12.9“ Magic Keyboard - Still ‘Processing’ with delivery window 24th April - 1st May

Has anyone in the UK with a similar delivery window to mine had their order status change from ’Processing’?

I ordered both the 11” and 12.9” Magic Keyboards from Apple on 16th April. My 11” MK was delivered 21st April but my 12.9” hasn’t yet moved to ‘Preparing to Ship’. Was really hoping to receive it last Friday but I guess it could now be 1st May. Not sure if there’s ever much movement on a weekend with UK shipping from Apple, but I’d be grateful to hear from others in the UK about their 12.9” MK orders.

Ours may have been on the same flight from Ontario, CA. My 12.9 arrived in Rockford, IL last night. Here's hoping it can make the 3 hour trip west today/tonight for a delivery tomorrow. Apple is saying delivery then, but UPS is still saying "unknown". I'm almost going to be sad when it arrives, because it's been so much fun reading everyone's agony over the last couple weeks!

A bit late to the party, but ordered the 12.9” Magic Keyboard 25th April from Apple. Delivery estimate 13th May - 20th.
And breathe 🧘🏼‍♂️
 
Yeah, pretty frustrating. Was going to order from BB but thought 'Apple will come through.' Then saw the discount on Amazon and also held off. Now BB and Amazon are out of stock and UPS is still reporting a delivery error out of their control and no update on delivery date. Apple support hasn't been particularly helpful (I understand they're not the carrier, but they did choose UPS and they could overnight or 2 day ship another keyboard and have the in-limbo keyboard returned to sender, which would be good customer service).

Last vent (I think). Apple support verified that the item is likely lost now (UPS has an option in my dashboard to file a claim). Apple support's solution was to request a refund with no replacement of the keyboard. I'd have to place a new order and wait until the end of May. I'm not sure what's happened with their customer support, but it's bottom of the barrel now.

That’s what Amazon did when I ordered an Echo for my mom’s birthday... it got lost, and Amazon just shipped a new one out. They did eventually get the first one back to their offices after something like 2 months.
 
At 8:19 this morning I finally got tracking for my Apple order... arrives Tuesday according to FedEx, Wednesday for Apple. Either returning or selling the Apple one. Been very happy with my Best Buy order

Hope I see some movement soon. Preparing to Ship since 4/20, apparently still sitting in Lebanon, TN.
