Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro Order Status

Thought I’d show how well this thing blends in with my WFH setup. First pic is my MacBook Pro, second is iPad with MK. I’ve been able to replace my laptop this entire weekend, which is amazing. I’ll see if my iPad will record my Blue Yeti and if so, my MacBook will become my machine for serious heavy workloads exclusively.
UPDATE: Works flawlessly in GarageBand. Combined with the fact that Jon Prosser can basically confirm Logic Pro and FCPX are coming to iPad just excites me for the true possibilities of this thing... I’ll be recording some virtual orchestra tracks later today (was going to do it on the MBP but figure now I’ll try with my iPad) and I’ll let you guys know how that works out. This keyboard is exciting me with the possibilities it opens up.

No. I ordered from Apple on release day with a delivery window of 4/23-4/30. Order went to PTS a week ago, but never showed up in UPS or FedEx’s site. Woke up this morning to a shipment notification and tracking number. Shows delivery for tomorrow on Apple’s site, but I’m not getting my hopes up since it’s not showing up on UPS’s site.

I wonder if this will be the same for me. My order for 4/27-5/4 window just charged and status changed to PTS this morning.
The Best Buy website says I'm getting my 12.9" keyboard today, but there is still no UPS tracking info. Just says "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". I think I've had this happen with Best Buy before though, so I'm still remaining positive for now.
UPDATE: I finally got tracking info a few minutes ago--an origin scan in Ohio. I'm not sure how this thing is still going to get here today. I'm in the Chicago area.
UPDATE 2: Delivery date has now been updated to tomorrow instead of today. Had a feeling that would happen.

North Carolina. Apple saying Wednesday delivery. UPS status still “Details unavailable” which likely means it hasn’t been scanned into system yet - i would expect to see it later today. We’ll see.

I used to co-host/record/edit/publish a double ended podcast and in the second half of its life I was doing the whole thing on an iPad Pro. My Apogee mic worked flawlessly with that setup. I'm not doing any audio recording these days, but I do all my photo and video editing and graphic design on my iPad Pro. It's such a great machine.
I know that things are not the usual with the virus, but I have received multiple deliveries via UPS from other vendors with no issues.
This is the most screwed up order/delivery I have ever encounter with Apple, preparing to ship for a week, waiting for UPS pick for 2 days, now bouncing around several UPS terminals, back and forth between Kentucky and Tennessee.

Still stuck at order being processed for more than a week ? Delivery between April 23 and May 1st. I don’t believe it.

Off topic, but anyone having an issue with their iPad Pro warping at the top near the True Depth cameras? mine is warping concave. I had an issue with my original iPad doing the same and got it replaced by Apple. I asked them about a 2020 upgrade since this is the 2nd iPad I’ve been sent, and they said all they can do is a trade-in for the value of $480, which is a ridiculously bad deal. Getting a new one hopefully tomorrow, and hopefully it doesn’t have any issues. Thankfully my Magic Keyboard is in good working order.
Originally ordered from Apple on launch day. Window was 4/24 - 5/1. Was stuck in preparing to ship for over a week at the TN warehouse. This morning I received a new tracking # for UPS (no data available yet) for delivery on Wednesday (4/29)
Decided to order from Best Buy on Friday. Received a tracking number from them today for a scheduled shipment tomorrow.
I will most likely return Apples if it arrives after BB.
I understand things are complicated by COVID, but it definitely feels like something else was going on with the logistics.

I considered ordering from Best Buy, but at the time the earliest was after my delivery window, and now BB is saying it's sold out.
Yeah, same here. Mine is out for delivery now (ordered from Apple, delayed multiple times via UPS). As others have stated, COVID-19 certainly adds complications that've not been experienced before. But I've had Amazon and Best Buy orders arrive on time or early. Apple customer support consistently blamed UPS and COVID-19. I became more frustrated with Apple vs UPS (I realize they're overwhelmed). We bought a product from Apple. Apple chose UPS. Apple is responsible for the experience from purchase to delivery to a successful setup/use of the product. When I hear 'it's out of our hands' from Apple customer support I consider that the equivalent of 'it's not our problem now, it's yours.'
Mine says the exact same thing with a delivery date for Wednesday. still says the package is awaiting pick up from ups though. Not sure what’s going on 😶
I actually ended up getting an email from both Best Buy and UPS saying my shipment was "a little late" and would be arriving tomorrow. I might just set the iPad itself all up today and then dedicate tomorrow to Magic Keyboard bliss.
Original order date April 15th in the afternoon estimated delivery Apr 24 to May 1. Now UPS tracking shows in transit and delivery by end of day Apr 29. 2 days now.
