Is that with Best Buy? I ordered mine the 23rd from Best Buy and its been in ”awaiting pickup from ups”. Ive got a tracking number for it but it hasn’t been picked up yet
 
Ordered mine on April 15 at 9:28am MST, with a delivery date range from April 30 to May 7, says my order is being prepared for shipment. Edmonton, Canada.
 
Well, my 12.9" is finally, I think, going to get to me, hopefully tomorrow. AT 2:13pm today, it left Rockford, IL and drove right past my city, Iowa City, IA, to end up in Des Moines, IA at 6:41pm. Now, it's just got turn around and head back east 100 or so miles to get to me by tomorrow. Usually, this is not a problem, but I'll reserve my enthusiasm until, again, I have the keyboard in my grubby hands.

I should've parked on an overpass over I-80 today, looking for the UPS semi heading west! I could've given chase like in a Tom Cruise movie or something!

An update from the April 24-May 1 delivery group:

After 6 days of "Label Created" and "Origin Scan" motionlessness in Ontario, California, today saw a considerable amount of movement. The MKB is now in my state and looks ready to (finally!) deliver tomorrow.

Here's hoping your MKBs are seeing movement today, too!

Ours must've been hanging out together in Cali before splitting up - same sort of activity for me today too. Weird.

Sounds like my status is not all that different from some others. We're now at 4/24 so I'm expecting to see movement any day - hopefully. Lot of drama on this thread, but ultimately Apple is also at the mercy of their logistics providers. While it's not ideal compared to the third parties, different logistics providers likely have different COVID impacts as well.

Be patient. It's just a keyboard.

I was one stuck in Lebanon TN. Finally have some movement. As of 10:26p, Apple emailed me stating that it’s been shipped. It’s a completely new tracking number, still UPS. No tracking status on UPS, hopefully will see some movement in the morning.

Weird that it’s a new tracking number. I wonder why that happened; it feels like a whole block of orders in TN are delayed or messed up for some reason.

I’m not complaining. At the end of the day logistics companies across the country are dealing with an unprecedented situation as they deal with Covid.

Apple quoted me 4/24-5/1. I expect that they had foreseen there were going to be issues like this. Kudos to them for giving realistic dates. When everything is going great, they’ll beat them. And when it’s not, they’ll hit them.

I also have a 2020 MacBook Air on order. Delivery estimate is 4 weeks from my date of order. Unfortunately the state of the world right now means some of us wait longer than others. I could complain, but it would be a waste of energy. ☺️

I just got a email from Apple just now that it was shipped tonight with a delivery date for April 30 but UPS MyChoice says April 29 so I am crossing my fingers that it comes that day. You might want to check the status. I know international flights are only running though Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal due to COVID-19, not sure if it applies to cargo flights too, But you might be getting yours soon.

I hear you. I also ordered a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9” (trading up). It’s set to deliver tomorrow via FedEx so that is exciting.

What state is yours shipping to? I’m in Florida and anxiously waiting for mine. Hope you get yours soon.

I’ve been stuck at PTS since Monday with no changes with my 12.9. I can’t even find a tracking number in UPS or FedEx. Apple still shows delivers between 4/23-4/30, but I’m beginning to have my doubts. This is beyond frustrating.

Well my delivery window starts tomorrow for the next 7 days (Apr 27-May 4), so it will be interesting to see how the movement goes. As a point of reference my order is still “processing” and no CC charge.
 
Well my 12.9" Magic Keyboard has reportedly shipped (got the email from Apple). Had a different tracking number than originally showed in UPS, so we'll see. Supposed to arrive on Wednesday.

Same here. Completely different number and expected arrive on the 29th according to Apple! Attempted to track via UPS, but nothing is showing just yet. 🤦🏻‍♂️

My order popped up in UPS “shipment ready for UPS“ notice and delivery by 5/1. Apple sent out email that my item had shipped with delivery by 4/29. Really interesting that keyboards are coming out of US warehouses rather shipping directly from China. I think the release of the iPhone SE combined with all restrictions placed on logistic companies by China due to the Rona have caused the very different product release. I’m wondering if those that ordered iPhone SEs are having similar experiences. I heard demand for the SE was higher than anticipated.
 
My 12.9 finally showed as shipped around 5 this morning with delivery tomorrow. They sent a tracking number, but it’s not showing up on UPS’s website yet.

Same here. Did you order from best Buy? I ordered mine the 23rd and the 24th I got a tracking number from Best Buy for ups. tracking number still not showing up on their website as of right now
