Charging 12 pro right now as I’m holding the iPhone and typing. So far so good.@dagored Thanks! Hope the battery works well for you.
Thanks for the quick review. It’s not entirely clear for the picture, but does the pack go over the camera bump or does it end just before ?That is the 12 mini for size references.
It will charge AirPods - just tested with my pros. And it fits perfectly under the bump almost like it was designed for this size phone. Thanks for the quick review. It’s not entirely clear for the picture, but does the pack go over the camera bump or does it end just before ?
oh would this charge AirPods ?
Pardon for asking the same old questions about magsafe, does the magsafe battery pack gets the phone warm?I got my MagSafe battery in today! I am very impressed with the build quality given the $30 price point (feels just as solid as much more expensive batteries) - I love that it recharges over USB-C. The magnetic side is a super soft rubber and feels even less likely to damage the iPhone than the MagSafe puck snapping to it.
My first test went from 35 percent to 66 percent in 30 minutes; so roughly 1 percent a minute - need to do some tests to compare to the regular MagSafe puck, but pretty impressed so far! That is the 12 mini for size references.
I’d say same warmth you’d get from the standard MagSafe charger - not very warm at all in my experience- would love to get a FLIR to test!Pardon for asking the same old questions about magsafe, does the magsafe battery pack gets the phone warm?
Interesting that your 12 mini does not get very warm with the Apple MagSafe charger. Which wall adaptor are you using with the Apple MagSafe - the Apple 20watt adaptor, or the 18watt?I’d say same warmth you’d get from the standard MagSafe charger - not very warm at all in my experience- would love to get a FLIR to test!
Its a comparable one to the 20Watt, but from Anker - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WRKXQ8W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Interesting that your 12 mini does not get very warm with the Apple MagSafe charger. I got the same battery and have been using it with my 12 pro and a MagSafe case (both the Apple leather MagSafe and the Vaja MagSafe) and the magnetic hold is very snug. Goes into and out of my jeans pockets without slipping. It’s a little thicker than I would have liked and I wish the battery could be recharged wirelessly but it’s definitely good enough until something from Apple or one of the major companies comes out with a better one.Battery just arrived. About 80% charged. Works on my 12 Pro with the ESR Clear Case. I think the case has a glass back. Charges with the case on, but not snug. Without the case it’s nice and tight
Might be in the market for a MagSafe case, not Apples.
Looks a bit big but otherwise looks great! The NitroCharge Pro looks promising!

Great looking product, but too big for me, I want a small compact MagSafe powerbank..🤔Looks a bit big but otherwise looks great!
I’m looking forward to the MagSafe power banks that Anker announced during CES that’s supposed to be released Feb/March timeframe. I keep checking their site hoping to see pre-orders.Great looking product, but too big for me, I want a small compact MagSafe powerbank..🤔
Yea I was initially excited, but really want 15 Watt charging; this is more important here than charging stands that I’d use overnight - batteries I want to pop on and as quickly as I can pop it off and 7.5 watts is disappointing - hopefully we get some other 15W true MagSafe options out there!I’m looking forward to the MagSafe power banks that Anker announced during CES that’s supposed to be released Feb/March timeframe. Ah, I see what you mean. I was looking at this article on imore, and it does say that Ankers magnetic power bank will only support at 7.5w charging. Let’s hope so, although fast charging isn’t really a priority for me, I’m looking for multi-use portable magnetic charging options, and Anker makes awesome products.Yea I was initially excited, but really want 15 Watt charging; this is more important here than charging stands that I’d use overnight - batteries I want to pop on and as quickly as I can pop it off and 7.5 watts is disappointing - hopefully we get some other 15W true MagSafe options out there!
Received my one over the weekend, from https://maggsafe.com/ got delivered within 3 days. The quality and build is really good in my opinion. The charging via MagSafe is not as fast as connecting it directly with a cable, but the size sold it for me and probably the smallest currently in the market.I got my MagSafe battery in today!
