Mine still shows "Not yet shipped". Ordered 3/12 at 5:33 AM PDT. Anyone else still showing not yet shipped? I'm starting to very much doubt that I'm going to get mine tomorrow

Called and was told not to worry; my iPads will ship overnight and be here tomorrow.
Mine finely came thru also, delivery tomorrow by 4:30 PM.
Whatever happened to "priority"? I actually put down priority when I ordered on 3/12 @ 8:37 AM PST. Now it's coming from wherever at what appears to be standard overnight delivery. I scheduled tomorrow for a half day off to receive it at work then leave to play with it. Now it looks like I'll have towork all day.

Not sure why some folks are getting delivery dates of both the 29th & 30th, but it seems the ones being delivered on the 30th, were shipped the 29th. Mine shows it was shipped the 28th, and is being shipped Standard OVERNIGHT (not economy Two-day).
I am sure there will some angry threads about the split days, if indeed it happens. But, those are a lot better than the ones filled with folks opining why the iPad is such a flop.
On another note, I was in an Apple store a few days getting a video card replaced in my iMac... I had a LOT of time to kill, lol. I got to play with the wifi versions for about an hour. I was surprised how small it is, it seems smaller than you would expect from the pictures. I can understand the comments about it being only a larger iPod Touch. That being said though, it is not TOO small. I think they got it right size-wise. In portrait mode it was roughly the same size as my MacBook Air's screen, but with the advantage of flexible screen modes (portrait & landscape). I am admittedly 40+, yet had no difficulty reading the screen text without my reading glasses. The dynamics of this thing are great, and the touch interface is very intuitive. I watched a lot of folks just pick the thing up and started using it... from young children to older seniors.
I did order the camera kit, but sadly that will not be in until May 17th. One of the anticipated/hope for uses is for previewing photos from shoots while on location. The joke we have is that the more expensive the camera, the smaller & crappier the little screen is on the back. My dream is to have some direct tethered shooting previewed through the iPad. I see there are some solutions that exist that require a compatible Nikon or Canon camera, an iPhone/Touch/iPad, and also a laptop to facilitate the network... I would love to see a simplified version with just a Pad and a camera.
Enough babbling, look for my happy photo of me with my iPad on the beach... or not.

The disparity between FedEx's dates could just be shuffling of shipping information, given the assuredly high volume of shipping data Aple is piping their way.
Having said that, mine states:
Anticipated Ship: April 28 (yesterday)
Estimated Delivery: April 29 by 3pm (today)

This has been a tough one to wait for. I've always been an instant-gratification type person and would just go to the store to buy whatever I needed so I'd have it in my hands right away. Then with Amazon, it was tough to shift my buying habits to wait for the 2 days shipping (Prime).

the anticipated ship date only applies to packages that havent been picked up by fedex yet. it just means the shipping label was created by the warehouse but its not in fedex's hands yet, this explains the "anticipated" status of shipping (NOT delivery).
once fedex picks up the package the anticipated ship status will simply become "ship date"
you can see in the screen shot a few posts above that the package has not been handed over to fedex yet.

mine got transmitted to fedex at 12:30 am this morning. it listed my delivery as today (thursday, the 29th) until it actually got picked up in MIDDLETOWN PA, when the delivery date got shifted to friday the 30th.
my applecare for it got COMPLETED (and charged) on the 21st! my camera connection kit, which was not supposed to ship until the 6th of may is already shipped, and due here on the 4th of may.
as others have said, one more day. traditionally, fed ex does my area early, so hopefully by this time tomorrow, i will be checking these forums from the ipad to see how they look . . . .

I just got my shipment notification... right about 9 AM PDT. I've been checking my order status this morning and it was still showing Prepared for Shipment, so now it's officially shipped. Fedex doesn't have record of the tracking number yet, so I'll be checking that regularly.

Just got back from a meeting. I just got a tracking update from fed-ex. Looks like my dates have been shifted as well, from today to tomorrow (see attached). While I am a little bummed, I am not completely surprised. Having half of us getting ours a day early would have been a public relations nightmare. So... we will see what the day brings, but I am thinking that all of us will have ours on the same day (which is a lot more fair).

Mine has gone to Prepared for shipment, ordered april 15th. Hoping it will go out today. Its been a wild ride with apple since I canceled my 16gb to go to a 32.

Just got shipping notification...my 3G 64gb is coming from Rancho Cordova, CA to the Los Angeles area, delivered by the 30th via FedEx Standard Overnight.
