my 32gb wifi+3g still says prepared for shipmentanyone else in the same boat?
I'm right there wigh you, hopefully our boat isn't sinking!

Mine doesn't even say that. I am confident I'll get it tomorrow as Apple told me when I called. They said not to go by the status online. If it says "Ships late April" it will arrive tomorrow.
Actually my order from 4/15 for a 3G 64GB is still in "Not Yet Shipped" and not even prepared for shipment. I'm in southern Oregon. I called APPLE this morning and they said its still on track for delivery tomorrow. I'm still worrried though, but not quite panicing.
At least that's what I'm telling myself
Just received my shipment e-mail. It shows that it was picked up at 8am this morning, but just barely received the shipping information. It is a 3G 64GB(ordered 4/7/2010) that was picked up in Rancho Cordova, CA headed for SLC, UT and has an expected delivery of April 30 by 3pm.
EDIT: Mine says it is a 1lb shipment.

I hope our iPads are on the truck together. My status is still not yet shipped, but it's encouraging to hear from someone else in SLC that they've got a tracking number.

Technically it is going to American Fork, but no one outside of Utah would know where that is.

I hope you get shipping notice soon. I'm in Provo and just got mine a few minutes ago. My dad in St. George got his about 2 hours ago. I'm not sure if there is any logic in the shipping notices. I ordered my iPad on the first day about an hour or two before him.
Anyone else on east coast still stuck at Prepared for Shipment? I am starting to get depressed.

I'm in Los Angeles and ordered my 32GB 3G on March 30th. It was shipped this morning at 9:10am PT from Rancho Cordova, CA (just outside Sacramento) via FedEx Standard Overnight. Estimated delivery by 3pm tomorrow
I'm pretty sure the 2 PM cut-off isn't applicable in this case. The CSR said they had a special arrangement with FedEx and that people would continuously see their items start to ship as more and more units were picked up. She also said that there were warehouses all over the country, and that some of them weren't picking up until later because they didn't want them to arrive today instead of tomorrow. Kind of bizarre, but I hope she's right, since mine isn't even prepared for shipment yet. But, she told me I would be getting it tomorrow, and that I should just keep checking for a tracking number.
Same here, mine is also shipping out of Nashville, TN.
It's interesting to see how many places they are shipping out of. So far I have seen PA, TN and CA.
