The desk came out great, I would love to see it in it's finish room. I bet you will have a very nice home office when your done.

I actually have one more photo to post. It's my second favorite part of the desk besides the 'hidden drawer'. And the best part... no one here has seen it yet! The only reason I'm waiting is because I need to find out how to blur part of the photo which has my name on it first. I'll post it as soon as I can.

No, but I suppose I could look for a free alternative? Just for basic stuff like this... I don't need it to be full-featured or anything. It would be good to have around I suppose.
I just tried to do it in Preview but no luck. Sorry I use Aperture and Photoshop
um, I believe there is a program called The Gimp that could work, but i've never used it.
Actually you can blur part of an image. I forget how, I use to do it before I had photshop. Like to blur my license plate and stuff like that.
Can you select part of the image, and Blur selected? I've deleted iPhoto because of the pain it has caused me in the past.
Also, PhotoBucket free hosting now has edit features.

It's true, in iPhoto you can use the Retouch tool and resize the brush to the same size as the text you are trying to cover. Just one quick swipe and you'll be finished!

If you wanted to go proper quick 'n' dirty, you could just open the image in Preview, and cover the bit you want to obscure with a suitably small window, such as a Sticky, or a bit of another photo in Preview.
Then just screenshot the whole thing and Bodge is your uncle, or something.

and ya just edit the picture in the iPhoto with retouch tool, it'll blur the name out.
