Any news on when Apple park will be officially opened? :)
I've been watching 12.9 shipping times since September and they've never been as long as they are now.

They starting moving in this month (April) and it will take about 6 months apparently. We will probably see new iPad's at a September event along with the new iPhone 7S and iPhone 8.

I'm done.
Just ordered a 9.7" Pro 128GB 4G, at full price nominally (actually had a coupon that covered half the price).

Now I hope they come out in October with some iPhone 8 contamination (basically everything except OLED).
Just 10.5 and 12.9, with current 9.7 at a lower price.

Enjoy it!!

2-3 weeks for the iPad Pro here in the UK as well however it doesn't mean anything! The iPad Pro has suffered from shortages and is no indication of an upcoming event, mainly because there won't be one until later in the year!

I agree it doesn't mean anything but I don't think it has been more than 1-2 weeks since September last year.
I'm fine with it if they do a 12.9 refresh without an event. Just update the Apple Store this week and I'll add my order :D

I've got the 12.9" iPad Pro and have had it since it was first announced, i would love for them to do a silent update maybe add the True Tone display and a couple of other things, i really want the 256GB option that wasn't available at the time of the 1st gen. I keep a lot of stuff on my iPad and would love it., i just don't think they will get updated until around September time along with the new iPhone's, i think Apple will hold their first event at the new campus in September and to mark it they will make it a memorable one by announcing the brand new iPhone 8 along with the 7S and new iPad's including the rumoured 10.9" bezel less iPad Pro.

I'm in Toronto, the silver 9.7, 32GB with WIFI only, shows in-store pick-up time in May.

Really? I'm in Hamilton and when I try in store pickup for 9.7" 32GB I see it available today in nearly every store in Ontario.

Oh they are back into stock again? It was out of stock in Toronto area when I checked last time this morning but available in other areas such as Newmarket and Burlington.

Yeah, seems like it. In a list of ~10 stores including a few Toronto ones, all but 1 of them showed available for pick up.

From what I've understood, the 12.9 is the one with the supply problems.
The 9.7 is mostly next day delivery (and in stock in a lot of stores)

Considering going pro later this year.

Only part way through Air contract.

And new iphone this year or 1st quarter 2018.

Techy decisions not made any sooner wth ultra reliable iphone 6 and ipad air.

Piling up all the products at the end of the year might cost them some sales. I've resigned myself to waiting for the Late-October iMac update, but was hoping to get the 12.9 iPad this Spring. If it's coming around the same time as the iMac, I'm much less likely to buy both. Just too much spending all at once, so I'll probably just keep my Air 2 another year if that's their plan because while I'm ready to buy now, I'm NOT buying a nearly 2-year-old iPad at full price.. or at all, honestly.

So what you're saying is, this fall you'll be getting a new iMac, the new iPhone, new iPad Pro, Watch Series 3 and a possible new TV?

Lol jk. It's happened before where everything drops in the fall. I wouldn't mind seeing these products spread out. But the non-Mac ones I feel probably have some sort of development tied pretty tightly together.

Lol! Of course! Well, I think for the first time in a LONG time I am going to hold onto my iPhone for a 3rd year and skip the usual 2-year update cycle.

The reasons: My 6S Plus still feels new to me and not old and clunky like the 5S and 4S felt after I'd had those for 2 years. Maybe it's because the iOS isn't hobbling the phone the way it used to, which is nice. Also, I invested in some cool lenses for my phone that won't fit a future phone (the Zeiss Wide Angle and the Moondog Labs Anamorphic lens). In fact I don't think those companies have even come up with versions of their lenses that fit the 7 Plus's double-lens, and I like making short films with my phone so if I gave it up and got a new one those would be about $500 of lenses that I can't use anymore. And finally.. there just isn't anything that I expect from the new phones this year that is a must-have for me. Charging on a mat? Don't care. OLED? Don't care (so far, maybe I will when I see it). Curved glass? Don't care. Higher RAM/Storage? Cool, but I don't use all of mine as it is. Facial recognition? Could not care less. What am I missing? Anyway, I will be eagerly eating up the iPhone presentation to see what's new and of course the excitement could get to me, but at this point I'm just not feeling the urge to upgrade.

I have the original Apple Watch and I could be tempted by a 3, but again.. I just haven't heard of any killer things that it might have that has gotten my attention. Faster? Yes, that would be good. Waterproof? Cool, but not essential. An LTE chip? I already pay enough to AT&T so I'm not looking to add another cellular plan to my monthly bills. Now what WOULD get my attention? Well any of the medical sensors they'd been talking about originally like blood pressure, heart-attack warning/detection (I swear I read somewhere during the original Watch's development that that was their plan), blood-sugar monitoring. I don't have any health condition that would make me need those things, but damn would they be compelling.

Apple TV I don't have. Looks cool, but I have cable and an XBOX so I'm set.

iMac!!! I've been wanting one for years and back when I got my first Mac (2013 Macbook Pro) I decided to target 2016 as the year I get an iMac and set up a proper video editing bay at home. Oops! The one year they don't make one. I've held out this long, so I'm gonna hold out til October. I can make do with my Macbook til then. They DID say October, right? I read that Schiller said late October for the iMac so that's what I'm waiting for!

iPad Pro!!! Well, I don't NEEEEEED it, because my Air 2 still works great but I would like the larger screen and for kicks I'd get the Pencil and see about drawing/painting with it. Perhaps storyboards or something, though I'm not a great artist.

Well, that is more than anyone would ever want to know about my 2017 Apple plans but I was waiting for some files to copy so I can leave work and so hacking this all out was a way to kill a few minutes. And now, I go home.

I'm done too. Decided to go for the iPad Pro 9.7. I plan to also purchase the Apple Pencil since that was my main reason for upgrading. Selling my iPad Air 2 to help pay for everything.

I couldn't pass up the "Like New" condition iPad being sold on ebay right now - $380. Even if the new iPads come out soon, I am saving myself a lot of money rather than buying new.

Nice find. According to that case, the microphone's been moved back to the center.

Nice observation! Did not see that.
[doublepost=1491983833][/doublepost]Do you Guys think it is possible that people that work on the iPad in China are producing a case like that and they put it online before release? I dont rly know what to think of that..

Maybe the topic starter was right after all...?

Either way, I find his/her lack of posting disturbing

(ok, actually the word "disturbing" is harsh, but hey, I need to make this pop culture reference work y'know! :p )
