Lol, glad I upgraded to the Pro 9.7 upon release. Can't imagine how frustrating the wait would've been otherwise. :)

It's the 12.9 Pro I'm holding out for. Given I just updated my dad's iPad 3 to the 2017 model (which I borrow to run benchmarks, etc), the itch to get a new gadget has been sated somewhat. At least enough to wait until Fall 2017. ;)

I'm in the same position. Bought the 9.7 Pro at launch last year but am now interesting in changing to the 12.9.

Thanks much for the 'heads up.' May I place my order with you now to get the new 23.5" iPad "All-Pro" with quad split screen display, 16gb ram and cupholder? Or whatever the latest spec turns out to be....

Good to see the base storage was bumped to 128GB

What happened to the OP? will he resurface on good friday to give a BS explanation about Apple changing their mind or something? or did he prematurely dissapear.

Definitely the best option, I'd probably go that way but I plan on using the Pencil and Keyboard so I'm stuck, considering going to pick up a 12.9 inch tommorow but availability of them seems to be a issue.
