Not sure...could be because it's my employers business account. Just a guess, but I will have it tomorrow. Ordered me a case as well this morning and that should be here tomorrow.
I ordered one minute before you and got mine yesterday. 7+ JB 256 GB. It can be kind of random I think because of them coming off the assembly line and so it might depend on model and color too.
Yes, I sort of thought that's what may be happening & if that in fact is true I may not get my phone until next year!
Hang in there! A whole bunch of us "November" deliveries just got a date (11/11 or 11/04) so you are probably going to see movement soon!
It flipped from "November" to "Ships: 5 Weeks" in the app. A few of us in the JB November thread saw it happen about an hour ago.
Nice...thanks. I'm still getting conflicting statuses from *6737# back ordered and the website says preparing for shipment. Every year it's something else and I always say I can wait...but I really can't. Lol
When I ordered from AT&T in the past the website never budged until there was a shipping number. The phone line though (probably by text now) was the most reliable. Once that changed you knew things were going to start moving very quickly. If I'm remembering correctly it would go from 'backordered" to "processing" on the phone line. The way AT&T ships phones...you won't have a tracking number probably until literally 2 days before it gets to you and maybe even just the day before.
Yes...like I did the last couple of times. I skipped the 6s so my memory is kinda cloudy all the workings of this process. Thanks for all the kind help from everyone on here
I ordered 2 silver 128GB pluses and 1 gold 128GB plus on 9/19 around noon ET from AT&T. No movement or anything yet and I have no way to chech whether I'm backordered because these are temp numbers on the account because I am porting over from sprint.
256 JB + arrived yesterday. 128 JB +still processing both on IUP. I figured as much during pre-order, good thing I wanted the 256 originally.

Typically not but for some its been total hell. Im not considering if your in back order for more then 48 hours cancel your order and re-order if your on ATT
I did order through AT&T. Everything I've seen is after going into back order they received their shipment info within the next 24 hrs. Let's hope so
Still the same for me. I'm trying to just not check and let it come when it comes but I can't help myself from still checking its status in vain several times a day.
