Ordered right at launch on Oct 13th...

Status hasn't changed... Tomorrow is the last day of the delivery window and it is supposed to be before noon.

Processing Items Available to ship: 3-5 business days
Delivers: 19 Oct, 2015 - 21 Oct, 2015 by Next Day Shipping, before noon
If your machine doesn't arrive I would email them at 12:01 and throw a fit. ;)

My 2010 21.5 is finally limping to the finish line (super drive just went kaput) so...

I'm in,

27" iMac m395, 3.3 CPU and BTO 16gb RAM and 512 SSD. I really wanted 1TB ssd, but cannot justify that price with more important financial considerations on the horizon.

Way more power than I'll possibly need but the $22.00 difference btw the m390 model and this through the Educational Discount made that choice a no brainer.

Delivers between the 26 and 28th.

I called about an hour ago, the rep told me there is nothing holding my order and they don't know why it hasn't shipped. They also said it likely wouldn't be delivered within the delivery window if it hasn't already shipped.

I'm starting to hate the word "processing" with a burning passion. Of course that is still the status of my order 7 days later.

Have they took the money yet that sucks I'm waiting to decide between SSD or fusion to pull the trigger but SSD is looking the winner

Called this morning and although they kindly upgraded me to next day shipping, that doesn't help because my BTO, orders within the first half hour has yet to ship from 'overseas' Dreaded processing. They are putting some sort on query not it and said to give it 24 hours....

(Excuse typos. Sent on an aging iPad 3)

Finally ordered my top spec stock config this morning, just received an email confirming delivery tomorrow! Impressed and shocked at the speed, especially in the context of other posters in this thread.

I just got off the phone with a rep and was told the same exact thing ordered a 27in 5K retina iMac entry level with 512SSD and she refunded me my shipping (since I chose the next day shipping cause i need it for my new store i just opened 4 days ago) and she gave me 75$ off a new bretford MobilePro Desk Mount Combo (retail value of $239) which I think is amazing. Still kinda stinks cause I needed this computer 3 days ago and she said it probably won't be there tomorrow but she also took my cell and said shed call me tomorrow to follow up and let me know what the deal is.

I ordered on October 13th (release date I believe) and chose next day Delivery. It is still 'Processing" whatever that means anymore

Update: 4GHz, 8GB, 1TB Flash, M395X, Trackpad 2.
I ordered late on 15th (Ontario, Canada), delivery was expected 26th-28th with standard 5-7 day shipping. An hour ago I saw my order still "processing" and decided to call and switch to expedited 2-3 day shipping. After changing — and $20 — the new expected delivery is 28th-30th!

That's a lesson for being over-eager. I tried to have them switch it back to standard shipping but the delivery then became 30th-3rd …

Current status: processing.

My order.

Curious...anyone using a ups? I am planning on just connecting it directly to the wall.

It is now saying "4-6 business days" for 8gb specced models. Longer for increased memory ones. That's for the UK though.

When you ordered, what your ordered, when delivery is expected. When you receive your unit, please reply to your own message. Keep specs on a single line and don't be verbose.

Just ordered 27" iMac Retina 4.0GHz i7 (6th Generation) with 512SSD (2.5 times faster than previous generation) Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad 2 AMD R9 395X on Tuesday 9:35 EST Arrival Available t ship 3-5 Business Days arrival October 23rd-27th
Finally preparing for shipment. But that will take '1-2 business days' and I don't recall that happening before. Still within the original shipping window of Oct 23 to 26 because yesterday when I called they gave me a complimentary upgrade to next day shipping. But unlike many of you folks, I think mine is coming from China.

Welp. I had a friendly chat with an Apple rep on Tuesday who assured me that I was still on schedule to receive my iMac today (Wednesday, 10/21) even though it hadn't changed to "Shipped" yet. Sure enough, at 5:41am local time today, I receive an email from Apple with "Due to an unexpected delay..."

tl;dr, I should now expect delivery 10/23-24. Oh well, at least my Nexus 5x arrives today.

Oh, BTW:
4.0GHz QC i7, TB up to 4.2GHz
32GB 1867MHz DDR3L (4x8GB)
256GB Flash Storage
AMD Radeon R9 M395X w/4GB
Magic Trackpad

Still "Processing"

I see a lot of units with the new Magic Trackpad (including mine) that have gotten hung up. Not counting the UK Isles and Europe folk, does anyone see a trend?
