Ordered new iMac 2017, what's your ETA?

It was ready for shipping from Ireland (Cork) on the 13th, at around 10:00 in the morning.
Arrived in Finland and was already in UPS circulation on the 14th around 9 in the morning.

Took less than 24 hours.. I'm surprised, pleasantly so. :) And this morning I was at home and received the imac. Happy times!

(I selected the 'express delivery' option though for 12 euros. Certainly paid off in speed..)

I can't wait to order my new iMac...
I'm going to do it in July or August. I'm really jealous guys!
I hope by then the estimated time for delivery will be smaller and they will deliver the computer for example in 3 days not 7.
 
So you have an i7 and a 580 and you would describe the machine as quiet except when really pushing it? So with normal operations like email, word processing etc. it's dead silent then? I don't mind it being loud if it's transcoding video or something, just want it quiet if I'm writing a document or reading email etc.
Thanks in advance for your opinion.

I ordered my BTO i7 580 on June 6th with an etimated delivery of June 15-17. I logged in this morning (as I have every morning for the last week), and it switched to processing but with a delivery date of June 28!!! I've never had an Apple's delivery date get pushed back so much!! I wonder if they are having a shortage of parts?

Exact same thing just happened to me. Basically fuming. Ugh. A TEN day delay?? Also ordered on the 6th. So mad.
 
This is the longest that it has ever taken me to get any product from Apple. And fed ex is all but useless. ugg.

I called them and they said it is the i7 upgrade that is causing the delay. Maybe they underestimated how many would order that upgrade so they are waiting for a shipment from Intel... either way I'm not happy! I'll be going out of town for a week right around the new date, so not sure how that will work out.
 
I ordered Monday the 12th, and my CC was charged yesterday. For those who have had theirs shipped, what was the duration from charge to shipping?

I think this depends a lot on where you live and whether the machine is BTO. I ordered mine 6/8 and it finally shipped on 6/14. It will arrive on 6/17.

Even now the BTOs show estimated delivery of 6/22-6/24 for new orders here in Japan while it seems to be about a week later (6/27-6/29) in the states.

Mine was a BTO 27" i5 1TB SSD and 580, shipping to St. Louis. Estimated delivery is 6/23-6/27, so I was surprised to see it charged this early.
 
I've just unboxed my new 27" iMac and straight off the bat I've noticed discolouring around the border of the screen. Definitely seems like some kind of light leakage which is visible on white backgrounds turning them to off white.
 
Mine was supposed to arrive today, but thanks to UPS it is not. They claim a late train delayed the shipment. They've had an ENTIRE week to get it here. I'm so disappointed.

Ordered 13th - card has pending charge since 14th. Delivery listed as 20th - 23rd - unchanged so far since when I ordered. Item still processing. (27", i7, 1TB, 580). What is the quickest anyone got from ordered to shipped?
 
That moved along nicely! :)

Ordered on the 10th, with delivery expected 19th - 21st. It went from "Processing" to "Preparing" this morning. Then was shipped this afternoon, with expected delivery before 09:30 tomorrow! (27", i7, R580, 2TB Fusion, 8GB)
