Not many people run iOS 8. But while you're here why do you type ,,,, like 4 commas? I have always seen people do it and i wonder why.

Very good question :D I think the reason is that it causes " more attention " to the reader ............. :)

When u make some space between 2 separated things such as using ,,,,,,,, or ....... ; unintentionally and automatically it feels better and easier to the readers' eyes .

At least I believe so ( maybe I'm not right :) )

But main reason as APPLE always SAID before : it JUST works
without any clear reason ...... ...... ..... :D :apple::apple:

Now pls help me to find my answer ..... thanks:rolleyes:

Not at the moment. I talked with our dev this morning and he said that SMS messages come to OS X Messages but they won't go out and gives error message: "Your message could not be sent", and calls do not work.

Give it few builds and it might start working properly.

According to these posts, it is already working..... !! and exactly it confuses me that whether it is working now or not ......

I just need some screenshots .....

They did that 3 years ago with Lion and have done that with all subsequent versions, including Yosemite.

You really are bickering about a problem that isn't there. Apple could call it OS XYZ 123.343.144.3A internally if they wanted to, and still market it as Lollipop 2014. It wouldn't change the product.

How they did that with Lion as long as Lion version is referred as 10.7?

Why do you guys bother when I say that there is something wrong with the numbering? I am not saying that a different name will change the product itself, i am just saying that the name doesnt make any sense.

Should either be MacOS version 10,11,12... or Mac OSX version 1,2,3,... or just MacOS Lion, MacOS Mountain Lion, MacOS Yosemite etc.

MacOSX Yosemite version 10.10 is simply to much and misleading.

There are usually multiple variables when it comes development builds like these, so I expect that it might work with some combinations and not quite so with others.

Call it what you feel like and I'm sure you can deal with it.

Stop talking nonsense! OS X is a brand.

By the way, another cool icon for iTunes from Louie Mantia - https://dribbble.com/shots/1252037-Music-iTunes-Icon (author icons for iTunes 10 - https://dribbble.com/shots/1354617-iTunes-10-Icon).

It's "OS X 10.10 Yosemite" and for the most part you either call it OS X, OS X 10.10, or Yosemite. Yosemite is far better a name for end users than calling it "10.10.4" which is why it's used. And they dropped the Mac part of the branding in Lion -- Mac refers to the hardware specifically now.

Looks like the volume icon has stayed the same for now:

here is the hover popup thing in safari:

Is there any chance to see someday the OS X version 11.01.01 or whatever else short name? If not, why the hell do they need this "10"???? Is it so difficult to understand my point???

Is anyone able to connect to home networks? I don't see my windows computer popping up in finder. Just confirming.
