I got this too, installed Xcode via Install button and printing worked.
Printing works for me without installing Xcode, I just get the dialogue and dismiss it.

I've found this too. Will not sync to an exchange account. Any work arounds?Outlook 2016 will also crash on me when connecting to an exchange server mailbox.
There seems to be some sort of bug in the audio subsystem. I've seen this crash several times, and can't get valid output via USB from many of my music players, including iTunes - my DAC just spits static :/
Hope this one gets fixed sooner rather than later!
Noticed one anomaly in Safari when dragging one of the tabs (when having more than one tab open in a window) to create a new Safari window, the new window is displaced when dropped.

Seems Notifications works irregularly. I'm using Viscosity for VPN and use Notifications/Banners to see connects and disconnects. On 10.10 that worked fine. In 10.11 nothing happens.
That's how it work from 10.9. It's the trade off between for having independent spaces for each monitor. You can revert to the old behaviour in System Preferences -> Mission Control.
