2,5 and 6.... Great shots!!!
Nokton 50!? NICE... Looking forward to seeing your output... Not sure how you will better these but looking forward to seeing you prove me wrong.
So you're really shooting at a FOV of 23mm when taking the crop sensor into account. I am actually wondering how well this 15mm performs on a full frame sensor (given that any issues are more likely to show in the corners on FF).
Still very tempted to try it though. The size alone makes it worth having in my bag, I think.
Also, gotta ask, which brand adapter are you using? I've read so many mixed reviews on all these various adapters out there...(Same question addressed to Kenoh and MacRy).
And thanks for the samples!

Thanks Ken. I went for a used version of the LTM mount Nokton and also bought a helicoid adapter so I can bring that 1 metre focusing distance down to something more sensible. Really looking forward to getting it as I've had my eye on one for ages.

There's a review of someone using it on an A7 here:

There are corner issues on full frame but it's up to you whether it's something you can live with.
Adapter wise I use cheapo ones from eBay and they work just fine. I e got a Photodiox one, a Pixco one and some no brand jobbie. Never had an issue with any of them and they all cost less than £20 each.
Yup. I've read about the smear issues on FF (and some color cast). That's why I asked.
Having said that, I'm not a pixel peeper and am willing to overlook soft corners as long as it doesn't detract from the composition.
On longer lenses, such issues are rarer and tend to be less of an issue (as the focus of the composition is usually towards the center of the frame).
UWA lenses on the other hand, are often going to be used for landscapes or architecture, in which corners (or edges in general) become a bit more important.
But I'm not a pro. I don't earn a living off my photography. And my skills are probably a much bigger impediment to my output than any smearing in the corners. Haha.

I hear you sir! I too share your affliction. From what i have seen, the corner issues wouldnt bother me much.
How is the camping going? I'm getting more and more fed up with 'normal life' and feel like a spontaneous travelling trip is on the cards.
Probably not the yorkshire dales and the like but a similar idea of getting out and having no fixed abode for a while!
The nomadic life is suiting me. Once a month I seem to have a dreary day when I wonder what the hell I'm doing, but mostly it's a gas. It took just a few days to get accustomed to not going home. More by luck than judgement, I picked the right vehicle: tall enough to stand up in, but only 5metres long (so charged as a car in car-parks, ferries, boats, toll-roads etc). I get 40+mpg, while charging up my two leisure batteries. With a solar panel on the roof I can be off-grid for days at a time. I park where I want, sleep like a log and - fingers crossed - nobody's yet banged on the door at 4 in the morning! I don't think I'll ever go home; it really is where I hang my hat...

Woah! The wanderer returns... how you doing?
What is it you have? sounds fantastic. Really fancy renting something and taking off on a road trip for a few days in one.
Crooked steering wheel? Yes, it is and next time I'll straighten it out. Here's "the rest of the story". I was out last night taking some exterior shots and had the wheel cranked a bit so the front tires were turned to add a bit of interest. This interior shot was an afterthought. Not perfect but I still liked the shot.

Lovely. If I ever happen to see your little van pulled over in the Midlands, I'll be sure to bang on the door (especially if it's four in the morning!).
That is where my son lives, nice photo!
