So one final kick at the Christmas can. My little waterproof Fuji camera is not so good at Christmas lights but these lawn ornaments are right in its wheel house. Just as they came from the card.

A very hurried shot of a coyote out at Rocky Mountain Arsenal here in Denver. You hear these scraggy animals more than you see them. You haven't lived until you've been outside at dusk on a winter's day and you hear the howls of individuals in a group of coyotes. Magic!

Been organizing old stuff. This from the Canon Powershot in 2007. Tried doing a flip but still didn't like it, until I mirrored it, thereby creating several 'faces'. Best viewed full size.

Mattie is on loan to me by a very dear friend. I lost my own black Lab end of May to cancer with no warning.
This sweet girl has literally kept me from ending up in a padded cell with a crayon between my toes. She is very special indeed.
