Shot through the kitchen window before I went for a walk.
My family was never willing to see Christmas fade away without a bit of a fight. So a couple more of our bird ornaments.
Christmas is over.....so, last of the Christmas-related photos for this year!

Yes, I'm usually pretty quick to pack away the Christmas stuff after the day is over, although I haven't yet put the Spode dishes and plates back in the cabinet yet. I didn't decorate the house this year so nothing to be put away there. Main reason I posted this last image is because it was sort of unusual! After this it'll be back to the usual fare -- lots of birdies in the water, lots of macros and abstracts of various subjects, etc., etc. I remember last winter having fun with shooting bubbles and creating "bubble worlds," so may do that again a time or two, plus a couple of other interesting ways to play with a macro lens.....

So today marks 1 year since I took the plunge and bought the a7iii. So happy that I did, would have kicked myself for passing up on the sweet deal.
