This is my first picture ...What do you think ? (First time using photoshop too)

It's a pretty good picture, but the problem with shooting a scene with such straight, square lines is that the barrel distortion of your lens becomes painfully obvious. That's pretty much one of the first and only thing I noticed. The barrel distortion would probably improve if you stood farther away from the scene and increase focal length...

Is this better?
Better, yes: fewer extraneous details. But there's no feeling that a race is about to begin (the 'coiled spring' before the explosive start); he could be kneeling down to have a rest. Half a second later he would be up on his blocks: ready. Imagine taking a shot at that moment, with you lying on the track-side. You'd be able to see the expression on his face, and maybe get a more dynamic shot....
Hmm that is true, but I think the image is cool because it looks like he is preparing himself for the race. He could even be praying...

That is much better. To me it is obvious hes about to race. My only suggestion would be next time take several other photos from different heights and angles to see the difference in impact, perhaps what Doylem is saying. Overall greatly improved, its a great photo!
Really impressed with the color and definition in that whole scene... you should photograph more animals! Cute puppy. Yours?

it isn't a dumb question. actually some people got confused. of course it is real, but the cicylists are made of plastic. they are miniatures on the frame of a window (the black frame).
the glass was kind of dirty and the sky wasn't that saturated so I post processed that. otherwise, there is not much editing.
