Champs de Mars
I really like this, except for the guy on the right side, i think he's a little distracting.
I was wondering how long it would take for someone to mention him. I 100% agree. I'm really happy with this shot, except for him. I tried cloning him out in PS, but it's not going to be an easy job.
But yes, I 100% agree that his presence detracts from this.

I can recommend the 'poor man's Photoshop': waiting for the guy to move out of shot before pressing the shutter...
I thought it was you or some friend of yours that you wanted to be there.
That would have been nice, if he hadn't been playing with his kids in the area while I was trying to shoot. Stupid tourists, always getting in the way!
There's also the 'poor man's zoom', of course: walking, oh, ten paces forward...
Ouch. You're really taking the piss out of me today!
It's just my 'poor man's' attempt at humour...
But, well, there's always something - or someone - in the way... just as there's always (well, nearly always) a way to convert a photographic problem into a photographic opportunity...
Was that taken recently? I was there last week, but didn't get any truly decent shots of the tower as I was too pressed for time (and it was overcast). At least there's a break in the clouds for your shot!Champs de Mars

Agreed. Lesson learned. Cityscape photography would be so much easier if people would just get out of my way.
