Well I did take more than one shot to get a happy compromise!I think you got your focus spot on, she’s a beauty. Lovely shot.

Yeah, it’s tough to do without trying to go 2D with a profile shot. What aperture did you use? Otherwise, aim for the head, since I think our brains naturally expect the head/eyes to be the focus.View attachment 926050
Beautiful creatures butterflies. But so hard to photograph. Do you focus on the eye or the wings. Ideally you want both in focus but that set of circumstances doesn't present itself too often.
“Big Sur” ?
At my age and short legs there is a good chance that I fall off
It’s not that bad when you see what’s there on the other side. Worth the effort.
Tomorrow’s photo?
There's still fifteen minutes left of today! Here's me wishing it was weather like this again Downunder! Captured on New Years Eve of this year on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, with very minor tweaks made on the phone. I always love seeing the pano's on the bigger screen at home to check out what weirdness has happened to people in the process of making them. I wasn't disappointed with this one, I love the legs on a couple of people near the middle of the scene!

If it was an image captured with a camera I might have been tempted, but I don't fuss with my mobile photo's at all, just simple fixes in Photo's is all they ever get! Plus, I like the trademark "Apple Pano legs!" ?That’s an awesome shot! However, you should’ve really edited the people out from right in the middle.
Nope it’s the other side.
The camera adds 10 pounds...or takes away limbs. If it was an image captured with a camera I might have been tempted, but I don't fuss with my mobile photo's at all, just simple fixes in Photo's is all they ever get! Plus, I like the trademark "Apple Pano legs!" ?
