Thanks for the explanation, have huge fun! I'm jealous. There’s tires in 2.1” to 2.3” width size, your traditional mountain bike, I have ridden/raced those since 1996.
This bike I’m riding now, has 3.8” wide tire, a “fattie” bike. Totally different, I personally love both, but find myself drawn to the fattie bike more. It carves turns better, I can blast thru and rock / root.
She is drop dead gorgeous, Molly! ?

I love the intense sense of connection, inquisitiveness & intelligence conveyed here, that was well worth all the time cloning, extending & editing. We do 14-16km walks three times a week & 5km twice a day on the other days, plus whatever she does when out exploring as she runs here there & everywhere.
My image for today, from a spot of urban exploration in an old industrial complex that is getting knocked down soon to become a highly sought after inner suburban subdivision that will doubtlessly be filled to overflowing with ecologically insensitively designed MacMansions! After having worked as a consultant back in the mid 90's advising on ecological building practices for architects, builders & home owners, I am offended deeply at how the practice of building the modern home here in Australia still fails to even take into account simple things like solar alignment or the use of adequate eaves! ?
Stepping off my lofty liquid soap dispenser box now.... here's a bit of decrepitude for you all, captured & edited on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Thanks, it's good to see you're still here, a place like this needs a patriarchal figure to decree wisdoms at whim!Welcome Back!!!
I went off in search of fog this morning, but the weather conditions had changed overnight & it wasn't to be!
OMG! It's the Dolly Parton of the Wood Pigeon world! ?
Yup , still have somewhere between 25 and 30 tanks in the basement . Keeps me busy in the winter and during the quarantine . I'm right in the middle of the NY/NJ coronacrap hotspot . Had a medical scare last summer that impressed upon me that I'm no longer 19 and immortal so have been laying real low since early March . It's getting warm now , and the parks are open again so some bug photography should be lurking in the future .Thanks, it's good to see you're still here, a place like this needs a patriarchal figure to decree wisdoms at whim!
Do you still have your extensive fish collection & how is the macro photography coming along? Hope all is well in your world & you're still capturing wonderful floral imagery too.
That's so good to hear. Please look after yourself. I look forward to some bug images when it's safe for you to do so. We had an interesting encounter on our Lemonade tree yesterday with what we thought was a ginormous (90mm long) pupa that we couldn't identify, until we realised it was a seed pod from a climbing vine! I was so looking forward to the emergence of the Son of Mothra too.... ?Yup , still have somewhere between 25 and 30 tanks in the basement . Keeps me busy in the winter and during the quarantine .
