Taken at Walt Disney World’s Yacht Club, this photo represents to me the light at the end of the tunnel we’ve been in this past year. Here’s to brighter days ahead!

On the cabin at the foot of the mountain there were some potted flowers. We ate quesadillas and “consomé de borrego” (a kind of sheep broth)
I have been intrigued by this photo, the incredible detail and resolution. Then I looked up what a "5d IV" was and now I know.. Did you use use a tripod as well? Lighting added to the overall effect. Well done.

No, it's a baggy rain cover. It's been a while since we hiked together, so she only carried her own stuff and some food. It was fun, despite of the weather.

I remember taking this picture when I just bought the Canon 5D mk IV (and that particular 85mm lens).
The light was nice that winter afternoon, but the sun came and went.
I had been on that same spot before and just thought that it could be nice with this light. Otherwise it's a kind of dark/dull area.
I sat there on the stone steps (with coffee) for about 20 minutes, waiting for the sun to appear, and I remember freezing.
I like the image as well, but the lens showed som chromatic aberration if I look closely. That's a common issue with the lens. I've sold it now.

Mr. Peacock was apparently feeling challenged as I made my way out of this park. He strutted up and blocked the path while demonstrating his awesomeness.
During my annual visits down to Fort Myers Beach, I’m always amazed how loud these birds are. Not only that, they’re very domesticated and will walk right up next to you. Really incredible animals.
Lucky you. Whenever I see one they never put on a display!
I had to share this; I was walking through town (Haywards Heath) just now with my son (3) who is obsessed with Mario and Luigi. All of a sudden he went berserk; "Luigi! Luigi!". He'd spotted this. Zoom in to see someone has taken the time to make this out of stamps! ?
So like pretty much any place, Dublin, OH (north west of Columbus) has their share of weird / stupid / odd stuff.
I give you the stone corn field of Dublin, OH! Yes, those stone corn statues are about as tall as a grown adult.

What is this? I love how the green neon glow contrasts with the surrounding black area.

Again 2005 and my first digital camera the Oly 3.2MP stylus. That camera was never that crisp at the long end of its zoom. In this case I compounded that issue by cropping later.

Not the greatest osprey picture in the world . Backlit , cropped maybe a bit too much , not enough detail for my taste , but I kinda like the contrast between the buildings in the background (Atlantic City) and the nesting platform in the foreground.
