You stated your photo was taken yesterday with an iPhone 14. Cameras record metadata, which includes the camera model, date, and settings used, and in the case of iPhones, also the GPS/location data.

We have a rule here that all photos must be taken by those who have posted them, so Hugh is asking for clarification of where this photo came from because the exif data states it was taken on an iPhone 13 Pro Max in March. Not yesterday with an iPhone 14.

Hopefully this is just a miscommunication on your part. 🙂

What does the data tell you on this one? View attachment 2105552
This photo says:-

Handling APPx (0xe0) block.
Handling APPx (0xfe) block.
End of APPx data blocks reached.
Status = 0
Unable to extract some or all of the EXIF data, which may have been removed from the image file.

Which means the camera details cannot be read. Sometimes, depending on how you upload, the forum here seems to remove these details.

I wasn't accusing you of not taking the first photo; just pointing out the discrepancy in camera details. Hope this is OK by you ;)

Cheers :)

sometimes i shoot sports as well as nature. (eta: if you saw my original photo, my son wanted me to delete it because he said it appears like it is an illegal move..it actually wasn't and he wasn't called out for anything, but he didn't want it out there. he likes this one better. he's #36.)

Tanagra (not really)
Time to bring it inside or wrap it up for the winter
Have a couple problems with that plan. One, they are planted in the ground, so moving them would be rather difficult! Two, they aren’t mine so I’d be stealing! :D

The person that does care for them puts tomato cages around them, stuffs them with leaves, then covers them in a big tarp. A lot of work for home grown figs!
