It's actually funny. I've been asked a lot of interesting questions: How many miles have you ridden in one day? Just over 120. What's the most you have ever climbed while on a bike? Just over 1,200 feet. The one I like is the 'What's the fastest you've ever gone on a bike? Over 65mph! And it was FUN!!!
EDIT: And the one that people seem dying to ask: 'Do you wear underwear under that Lycra?' Nope! It's the most fun you can have in public without wearing underwear.

Dusted off (literally) the X100t and took it out for a drive. While turning a street corner in the car, I saw this man in gas station parking lot working on some bicycles. During a chat I learned that he was a steel worker and had worked on some structures nearby.
Beautiful and close by. Just mapped it and Lake Lure is just 1 hour 37 mins from my house and very close to Black Mountain, NC where my brother lives.Lake Lure NC, this past week.

Reminds me of my dad yelling at an unseen turtle that swiped his just caught fish. He was reeling it in,a nd had some resistance, and then pulled up part of the mouth of the fish. The turtle got the rest. It was pretty funny, as I was like 8, and he was always on me to 'BE QUIET!', and he's bellowing and cursing a turtle that wouldn't understand what my dad just did, but was happy for the meal.
