This is your best view of this beautiful scene anotherscotsman.

Two suggestions from me...first, I think you've got a bit too much of the foreground rocks showing and would crop off a third to one half of the them so the eye goes to the waterfall more quickly. Second, it's looking a tad dark on my screen and would bump the overall exposure up just a bit.

The strongest IMO. Not sure if you've bumped the exposure since C&A comments, but the brightness looks spot on to me.

I see where your coming from Cheese&Apple - I'll have a play and post something on flickr rather than a repeat here. I may even have one along those lines already. haven't touched the exposure but I must admit I do believe I see differences between how things are rendered by flickr and by this site - might be my imagination and since I don't use monitor calibration (iMac), difficult to tell.

Absolutely superb! WOW! I'm a big fan of your work.
You're too kind and you show some pretty phenomenal shots yourself. Your Scotland tour looks great.

Got this little guy in a parking area while waiting for our guide to get us our permit for the Serengeti.

Looks like my garden! Sparrows love a good bath.
We always have a bird bath - firstly it gives the birds water in the summer, and secondly we get more visitors.

What do you think of the lens quality though; is it good enough for the shot? Maybe I should have gone f/8 - f/11 to get it cleaner?

Cheers :)

Nice. Very English countryside.

I'll have a look tonight. My iPhone screen in the park isn't the best for judging sharpness.
