Essentially the opposite of my last picture: the view from the Victory Column in Berlin towards the Brandenburg Gate.

A 4 minute long exposure, using 16 stops of ND filtration of the Brisbane Southbank Lagoon.

P.S. If you have ever wanted a bargain of a 10, 13 or 16 stop ND filter. Formatt-Hitech are having a 25% off sale at the moment as they are releasing a couple of new ranges of products very soon.

Use the discount code of
FC25OFF
to get the 25% discount on your purchase.

Seems to be a few cars on here of late. Here is mine shot through my rainy lounge window.
Not the best angle with that telegraph pole but really just trying out my mini pixi tripod for stability. Even though its above the advertised weight, seems okay. Went with an HDR due to the dark dynamic range needed as my car was very shadowy if I exposed for some cloud detail.

HDR effect certainly not overdone IMHO - with a lucky cloud break the car could easily have been illuminated as in the shot so it appears pretty natural.

The Brisbane Southbank lagoon at sunset. Unfortunately, I fluffed up the focus using the tilt-shift lens here as I was under the severe pain of a kidney-stone which I only found out later that night when I presented at the emergency department of a hospital. The pain didn't help my mental faculties at all, but I soldiered on to grab my last few sunset and nighttime shots of Brisbane, had dinner with my wife, then went to hospital. The things we do for photography!
