Got a really low light panorama shot with mushy details but my iPhone 6 couldn't do any better.

This is not a particularly compelling image, but it is from a Shell Walk we took on vacation. This is on Sanibel Island, which I fear is going to be hit majorly during the hurricane today and tomorrow. Notice my son throwing shells to antagonize the birds.

There were hundreds of pelicans sitting on the beach chilling. Every once in while many of them would take off and it would feel like a slightly friendlier version of Hitchcock's Birds.

[doublepost=1505072939][/doublepost]That is some piece of work!

Sometimes when I see a lot of birds like this it does make me think of "The Birds". And it is kind of eerie once you start thinking what if they do go kamikaze. There really isn't much one could do about it.

Regarding the bike, I personally like the orange spokes. That is some attention to detail right there!

Actually, it is quite a compelling image.

It made me wonder why an adult would allow children to throw things at living creatures?

Open monument weekend in the Netherlands. Every monument ( historic building, architectural highlight, etc) opens its door to the public. We visited a jewish cemetery. I always wondered what was behind the high walls. Turns out, just beautiful tombstones, grass and some trees.

What a shame it's not next weekend when I'm there! Great photo, will try and get over next year for it as the flights are only about £40 return! It's in the calendar :)

Well for the record I do not allow him to throw things at living creatures. He was duly reprimanded after I realized what he had done and no birds or other animals were harmed in the making of this photo.

Also, he's 9. This is what 9 year old boys do, even if they've been told not to countless times before. Sorry my parenting skills aren't up to snuff.
