The better looking robin imo. Nice.Took a breather to clear my head yesterday and spotted this little fella on the tree stump. I had too short a lens on the camera but couldnt swap it out because he would have flown away so tried to make the best of it.
I know we talked about Robins being different in the UK from the US so this is the UK Robin.

Maybe it’s your camera letting you down? Perhaps a new Nikon would help!Deffo cuter... and I know I missed focus slightly, get the tree instead... oops...

Silly, but my first attempt at using Portrait mode on my iPhone X.

Beat me to it! Oh well i guess the cheesy pun race is not one I wish to win.Especially Jalapeno spam!
I've been enjoying the flutterby captures shared here of late, so thunked I would have a go too... Now I know why they are called flutterby's! I did get some nice, in focus captures of them, but this was the stand-out for me, with that sense of erratic movement achieved, in my eyes anyway.

Cheers. All in the Nikon quality.Damnit! That’s way better than my shot! Look at the detail in its eye!
Nicely done.Had the chance to go to our local Comic-con FanX event recently. I was able to photograph several great cosplayers. This Winter Soldier cosplayer looked pretty badass. I shot the photo, masked, retouched, and then rebuilt the hair (because of the masking issues that come with hair). I did about half of what I normally do when rebuilding hair, but I think it turned out well.

Well that is bright!
That works really well.... nicely done.
Thank you gentlemen, I really like the sense of movement to it in contrast to just a section of wing having the crisp detail to it.Works well.
This is the time of year for them here. I enjoy being in their migratory pattern, so basically, if you build it, they will come. I tried to get shots of the white ones, but I think they drink Red Bull between garden visits.I've been enjoying the flutterby captures shared here of late, so thunked I would have a go too...
