Thank you. We have a couple of frogs living in our garden but they don't seem to be making much headway against the slugs and snails ;)

Cheers :)

Beach Buggy??
[doublepost=1567778277][/doublepost]Took this snapshot of my daily driver on the way to work this morning... Then woke up. If anyone can name the car I'll take you for an imaginary spin in it.

Fairly confident this is an Aston Martin. I believe it is a Vantage. Would love to take a spin in one, even if it is imaginary. :)

Yup, beach buggy. Built up on a 1968 Beetle floorpan / engine + gearbox.

Yours is an Aston (and yes, we've had a Metro a few years ago), but I'm not really up on these new fangled models so can't tell you which Aston ;)

Cheers :)

Fantastic! I seriously considered buying a metal-flake purple GP buggy many years ago but I eventually realised that as it had no roof it wasn’t going to be the best daily transport! I still regret walking away but it did save me from hyperthermia!

Well I drove it around all last winter in just a motorbike jacket / thin gloves/ woolly hat and certainly didn't feel cold. Admittedly I didn't go more than 20 odd miles away but I was much more comfortable than expected with the windscreen in front of me.
I'll put up another photo tomorrow ;)

Cheers :)
