Thanks @mollyc I was saddened that this trip only offered one night of astrophotography, with the others all being far too cloudy to see anything!

Last sunrise picture for the time being:

Something a little buggy: I saw what I thought was a stick that had somehow gotten caught in the screen, but then I took a closer look..... A Stick Insect! (AKA: Walking Stick). Taken from inside, as I wouldn't have been able to hack through the bushes outside the window to get a good shot of him. He didn't stick around long, eventually found his way to somewhere more suitable.....
A shot of a rail bridge at Albeni Falls, ID inundated with smoke from the fires in CA, OR, and WA. I posted a black & white cropped version of this photo in the Pictures taken with the iPhone SE 2020 thread, but I cannot quite get past the beauty of the colored version. This version is not edited in anyway, except for resizing and exporting in Affinity Photo:
A parakeet of some sort I think. Definitely not a native of New Zealand, but there is a small population of escapees descendants here.
Another interesting subject:
Early 1900's electric Urban Car (not Trolley) like the ones that ran on the Sacramento Northern Railroad. I actually rode this car from the Western Railway Museum in Suisun City CA. Railway went from Oakland to above Sacramento passing by quite near to where I live. When the cars got Concord, they were put on a ferry that crossed the Suisun Bay. Our trip was about 3 miles long on tracks and power maintained by the museum. Obviously pre-pandemic and pre-fires. Note the wind turbine off to the right, that's progress.
