I took one with the beach in focus, and one with the fence in focus. I really like how this one turned out.

Yes, it's blurry, but the shooting conditions were horrible, and I couldn't move further away from that little "creature" while shooting and yet still had to use f/1.8 because of the poor lighting, so depth of field wasn't so great, either. Oh, and that thing squirmed.

Anyway, it looks like it was straight out of the Aliens movies. That, or the movie Tremors with Kevin Bacon (classic ;)).

Anyway, it was taken at Nagoya Aquarium once again. January 6th, 2007.

Uh, is this about an older post. Or did we forget to upload a photo? :p

Oh oh oh… Aquariums are sooo cool, but shooting in them decently just doesn't happen, filled up my card at one and had about ten nice ones, which weren't even from their big tank because everything was blue!

turn around

This photo broke my Flickr comment and favorited record in hours, and I thought it sucked. I combined two images (one that exposed for the sky and one that exposed for the other half) I didn't use a tripod and I didn't ask my dad to pose, this was all just luck.

Great squirrel shot, I can never get that close around here. Here is one from my yard, Sciuridae "Jaba", the american fat squirrel.
