Anyone want to let me know the best way to learn manual transmission. I dont exactly own a manual but i have been wanting to learn it ever since I got my license two years ago.

I learned on a dirt bike long before getting behind the wheel of an automobile. The clutch/ throttle relationship is pretty simple to learn..just have to spend some time practicing it. The best way, in other words, is by driving a clutch!

Decided I want to sell my A4 for something pre 74...hopefully a Triumph TR4 or TR6, or a Datsun 240z with a 350 small block..hopefully. Modern cars are just not for me.

So in the mean time I needed some good pics to show on CL. Here they are! (I will miss the car however, it is a sexy little thing.) I had my 10yr younger brother take them as he hopes to get into Brooks Photography out here in Cali.

I know its nothing special, but these should be the last pics of my car, unless I go AutoXing with it again ;-)

Finally I have arrived.....
My daily fuel sipper..

To make my Nissan Skyline (same as an Infiniti G37 Coupe) a weekend rider, I got this little Mazda Demio (also known as a Mazda 2 in some markets) for my daily commute and errands. Some aftermarket parts such as a center dual exhaust / short antenna / springs (3 cm drop from OEM) by Autoexe are added. A 1.3 Miller Cycle engine teamed with a CVT for a light weight body makes this car very peppy.

Graeme: That's the European spec Fusion. I am very thankful we don't have that one here hehe

lol yeah they should have called the the EU one the Ford Cube lol

Not with a VXR badge.
;)

I just noticed he posted pics of an Astra. For us westerners, that's a Saturn.

Thats my VXR :D they only sell the 1.8 in the states as far as I know and thats nothing compared to the VXR as I had the 1.8 before the VXR :D

lol u lowered it by 3cm and it still looks high
I am not sure exactly it is 3 cm or not as I did not really measure a before-and-after spec. The manufacturers' spec said it would be around 3 cm. To make it lower still, I need to replace a whole set of suspension components, which I might do when I need to replace the OEM shocks and whatnot.
But, I am not really keen on spending too much on this as I already have a better one..

I logged in just to compliment you (I usually just browse, not comment.)

Your car is outstandingly beautiful. I'm glad to see it's a 370GT as well. I desire a G37s, hopefully after college that will become tangible, or whatever is out at that point (G39s? Lol).

Why do they call it a skyline when the real ones stopped at R34?

From your previous posts, I understand what you stand for. Therefore, I will waste my time this time only to reply your post. Bye bye now. Keep rowing your manual trans to sunset:) or wherever it might be...with 240 horses:rolleyes: 240 horses only?

Just bought a '07 Mustang V6 my first car!

I call it the Silver Surfer, best part is that it matches with all of my apple stuff! ;)

The first second I got it, I put an Apple Sticker on the back :apple:

I am just gonna change a couple of interior things and change the rims

Thats a great picture. Anymore of the suby? Anything done to it?

He has done rims and little things like add a turbo timer. Nothing major. More pics can be found at:

That first set I took the day he put his rims on.

or more from the park:

Another Fusion owner! Nice shiny ride you have there! Still looking forward to actually having some time to drive mine :D

Thanks, I just got it detailed at the dealer, they did an awful job of it. I had just washed, clay bar, and waxed it. Looked good. More pics at the second link I posted above.
