It's nice to see an other Volvo owner on the board.

BTW, I am not sure if your are LHD(left Hand Drive) or RHD(Right Hand Drive), what version of the C70 if you are RHD?

My current car is my 3rd car, 2nd Volvo S70 but my first S70 T5 SE(Automatic).

She is getting old, but I still love her, because I feel safe, it's luxurious and the police does not bother me.

My first car was a 98 S70 T5. Loved that car but my brother broke the ABS system and the powering steering at 160k miles it was replaced with my current car.

I never understand why people would want pedobear on their car....

However onto the car, if I were ever to get a stationwagon, I think it would have to be the old Volvo 240DL, as those rear facing child seats were just tits for the kids.

However the clear need for twin rockets have always been realized.

Well.

Thats our £600 V40 we're using for a Banger rally in 3 weeks time. We're taking part and racing against 70 other teams going from the UK to Barcelona.

Our theme, of course, is TopGun (TopGoon). We're raising money for Muscular Dystrophy.

As for PedoBear, he's our forth passenger.;)

I always loved the one series, and you have a great colour combo, but looking at the pictures, it appears you don't have floor mats? Is it just for the picture? I have both the regular and the all season rubber ones I ordered from a dealer in my car, and I sometimes see cars without them. Why is this?
(Sorry for the random question)

This is what my poor 1999 Acura 3.0CL looks like now :(

That is the result of loosing rear traction while following a curve on a slick Garden State Parkway here in New Jersey. The damage was caused by spinning out of control at 100+mph and hitting the median multiple times. I am unsure of exact details since I blacked out from panic once the rear end stepped loose. I literally stepped out of the car with just a small cut on my head, a scrape on my neck from the seatbelt, and a little soreness about two days later. Awaiting insurance payout to hopefully get a newish Honda Accord coupe.

Crappy low light iPhone photos from the night I finally installed these wheels.

It is an 86 Mercedes 190e 2.3-16 (some call it a 190e Cosworth)

Get some good pics of it! Having both a 190e Cowsowrth and E30 M3 in ones garage would be AWESOME....would have to watch old DTM footage all the time ;-)

Thanks,

I actually have 2 friends with E30 M3 cars, as well as a friend with an Audi V8 Quattro.

We plan on doing a little photo tour sometime in the not too distant future ;) .

Glad you walked away with only a few scratches, but why were you doing 100+ on the Parkway?

It was very late at night and I was trying to get home a little faster since it was supposed to be an early morning. That didn't really span out.

there is never a reason to be so excessively exceeding the speed limit.

do the math:

60 miles at 60 mph = 1 hour
60 miles at 80mph = 45 minutes
60 miles at 100mph = 36 minutes
is 15 minutes of your time worth the potential speeding ticket?
is 24 minutes of your time worth the potential of losing your life?

60 miles at 140mph = 25.7 minutes

Seriously, use math people, it'll save you some time.
