The speed will not be taken into account as cannot be proven either way. This could be considered as dangerous driving (imagine if it was rush hour or there were children in the car) which carries points and a fine. I hope you have good insurance

Proof isn't important when the other driver admitted to be speeding. The speed is also of importance as there is a bridge and a corner approaching the junction from his direction.

Either you're not in the UK, or you don't really understand how insurance/driving law works here. Accidents are a civil matter, unless injuries/death are caused. The police don't get involved.

^^^ I think that is the only hatchback I find appealing (as far as looks.) I have no clue about its performance or build quality...

Now I feel conflicted about liking a hatchback:p

This is better

I've read somewhere that 2.4 diesels and the 3.2 are the best bets, the looks of the interior/exterior are the best.

They're definitely the quickest - 3.2 is pricey to run (tax and insurance) but surprisingly the 2.2 isn't much more economical on fuel.

I average 25mpg which kills me considering uk's fuel prices!

Your imperial gallon is bigger than ours too (4.5L vs 3.8L), so that is about 21 MPG (U.S.). My STi gets about 17 MPG. I traded in a MINI JCW that got about 29 MPG.

That VW is tacky as hell thanks to the standard non-flowing tacked on bodykit, and lol @ the blue pipes under the hood. Reminds me of the hillbillies who go to Vatozone and buy red or blue hoses and looms for everything under the hood that a normal person would try to hide, lol.

The Audi Quattro is nice, except the snout. Audi's gotta get rid of that big unsightly gaping hole in the front of their cars.

Ever since my thread about Audi reliably yesterday, my interest has been rekindled in Mini Coopers.
Was that 29MPG with aggressive driving or just what you would consider "normal"?
I don't know if it snows by you, but if it does, how did your Mini perform in the snow? I'm looking to replace my Camry...
