I am wondering if they do the same type of adaptive learning that the iPhones do with Touch ID?Well, I have the FP sensor working better now. I erased my previous fingerprint, put some lotion on my hands, waited a few minutes, then re-added them. Working much better. I think the technology being pretty basic has a hard time to dry hands.
Mine seems to be okay wit how I programmed it (dry hands since it is cool and dry here in the fall), and if I need to unlock the device just after i wash my hands or something similar.
I may also have really pronounced fingerprints. MY fingers worked better on my friends Oneplus than his own. We programmed in my thumb as a test, and had good luck overall.
